Open queue or named output
Clipmasters' Scale plan takes as many requests as you send and says the pace depends on each brief, so two clients on the same plan can have very different months. The rate depends on billing: $1,897 monthly, $1,707 a month quarterly, $1,581 a month yearly. It buys a dedicated editor (the card calls it part-time support), an account manager, Slack with your editor, Wrike for requests and a monthly call with a content coach.
What one request can be
A finished video of up to 60 minutes from up to 100 GB of raw footage, with captions, stock, color correction, multicam, custom motion graphics and up to 9 sizes of the same edit. Shorts of up to 90 seconds come back the same business day.
Thumbnails, $109 a request
An add-on that returns two designs per video request. The terms list add-ons, upgrades and promotions as non-refundable.
Enterprise and the terms
Enterprise is full-time editing with designers, motion designers or strategists added as needed, priced on a call. The terms (last updated September 27, 2023) let you cancel online at any time but refund nothing for unused time, and a Scale account on a custom workflow owes a month's written notice.

When Clipmasters is the right call
If you publish several videos a week, need Shorts turned around inside the day and want to ask for changes without counting rounds, an open queue at Clipmasters' yearly rate is hard to beat on throughput. Its own page for creators says it isn't built for one-off edits or occasional posting, which is a fair test of whether you fit.

Its pages give both answers. The feature table and turnaround guide say it handles one video order at a time, while the homepage and pricing FAQ say requests run in parallel, with a second editor added in about 48 hours when needed. That decides how fast a batch comes back, so confirm it for your account. Mark Studios' Unlimited plan works one request at a time, with a first draft of each within 3 business days.
Can you get a refund from Clipmasters?
Only in the first 14 days, and with conditions. The terms require you to have given your editor clear direction and feedback, the FAQ rules out accounts that used the service heavily and may exclude discounts or custom deals, and add-ons such as thumbnails are never refunded. After that you can cancel online whenever you like, but unused time isn't refunded. Mark Studios offers a free edit before you pay instead, and its plans cancel online with no fee.
Do you get project files from Clipmasters?
Usually. Its FAQ says it shares project files when it can, but if an edit uses stock from its licensed libraries you get the exported video only, and files are stored for up to 60 days. At Mark Studios, project files come on request as a paid add-on, and files are kept for 24 months.
Does Clipmasters film?
No. It edits footage you supply and passes filming and full production to its Brandmasters arm. Mark Studios edits for clients anywhere and films on location in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, Florida; shoots elsewhere are possible, with travel quoted per trip.
