White-Label Video Editing for Agencies & Videographers
White-label video editing means we cut the video and you deliver it under your own brand. Mark Studios edits for marketing agencies, production companies and wedding videographers: you send raw footage and your house style, we send back finished exports (and project files when you ask for them), under NDA and kept out of our portfolio on request.

Who uses white-label video editing?
Marketing agencies
Overflow capacity when a client launch lands on a full week: YouTube, short-form, ads and explainers edited to your client's brand, delivered to you, never to them.
Production companies
You shoot, we handle post: multi-cam sync, color, sound, motion graphics and every aspect ratio your client needs, cut by editors matched to the content type.
Wedding videographers & studios
Many of our wedding clients are videographers and studios who outsource post-production to keep up with peak season. How the wedding handoff works.
How does white-label editing work?
- Send the brief and your house style. A paragraph plus 2–3 reference videos is enough to start. Add your client's brand kit (fonts, HEX colors, logo, lower-thirds) and the deliverable specs. Our video editing brief template covers every field.
- Share the footage. Upload through the intake on our platform, or share a Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link.
- Get a fixed quote. Scope, formats and delivery dates are confirmed before work starts. The clock starts once the brief is complete and the project is paid. See turnaround and rush delivery.
- Review the first cut. Leave timestamped notes in the platform's built-in video reviewer. Each revision round turns around in 24–72 hours, usually faster.
- Deliver it as yours. Final exports in every format you need, unbranded, plus project files if you requested them at quoting.
Your brand, your client, your files
- Unbranded delivery. The finished video goes out with no editor credit, so it carries your name, not ours.
- Your client relationship. We work with you and your team. Communication runs through the platform, email, WhatsApp or iMessage, and Slack or Frame.io if your team already uses them.
- NDA by default. We sign a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, and every editor signs one. Unreleased client work is never shared without permission.
- Portfolio carve-out. Tell us in writing and we will not publish or reference the project externally.
- Secure file handling. Encrypted cloud storage with role-based access: only your assigned project team can open your files. Files are kept for 24 months after delivery and deleted earlier on request. More on our trust & security page.

Outsource wedding video editing: for videographers and studios
You film, we edit, you deliver to the couple. This is the B2B side of our wedding video editing work, built around the things wedding pros say go wrong when they outsource.
Project files back, in your editing app
Final exports are the default. If you finish the film yourself, request project files for Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro before the project starts; they are an add-on confirmed at quoting. Tell us your app and version in the brief.
Log footage and your grade
Color correction and grading are part of the edit, done in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. If you shoot log, name the camera and picture profile in the brief and send a graded reference film or your LUT, so the grade lands on your look instead of ours.
Big uploads without the headache
Share card dumps as a Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io folder link rather than attachments. Label folders by shooter and camera and include the ceremony audio recorders: we sync every angle to the ceremony audio, clean up vow, speech and officiant audio, and layer in licensed music.
One style across every shooter
Studios send us their house style and we deliver to it consistently across every wedding. Your pacing, grade, music feel and title treatment live in a brand profile, so a second shooter's footage cuts the same way as the lead's.
Deadlines that hold in peak season
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days per film, with sneak-peek teasers available faster. During peak season we scale your dedicated editor capacity so delivery times hold.
Your couples never hear our name
Unbranded delivery, an NDA on request and a portfolio carve-out in writing mean the film is yours from the first frame to the invoice.
What wedding pros report when outsourcing goes wrong (public threads, checked September 23, 2026):
- An editor who "can match any style but never do[es]" (r/weddingvideography).
- A Final Cut timeline that came back "a disaster" (r/weddingvideography).
- Being left on read for two months while couples waited (r/weddingvideography).
- S-Log3 footage that needs someone comfortable grading log (r/weddingvideography).

Why agencies outsource editing to us
Every project goes to a senior editor with 5+ years of professional experience and a portfolio in your content category, plus a project manager with a direct line. You work with a team and a project manager, not a lone freelancer. For the wider market, see our post-production industry statistics.
White-label video editing: frequently asked questions
White-label video editing is outsourced editing that you deliver under your own brand. The editing team works behind the scenes: the exports carry no editor credit and your client deals only with you. Agencies use it for overflow capacity, production companies for post-production, and wedding videographers to clear a peak-season backlog without hiring.
Not from us. Deliverables go out unbranded, we work with you rather than your client, and we sign a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day. By default we may show delivered work in our portfolio; ask for a carve-out in writing and we will not publish or reference the project externally.
Yes, as an add-on. Final exports (MP4 or MOV) are the default deliverable. Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files have to be requested before the project starts and are confirmed at quoting. We keep source files for 24 months, so later revisions stay possible.
Yes. Send a reference film, your brand kit and notes on pacing, grade and music. We study the references and match cadence, color and motion style, and we keep a brand profile for repeat clients so every video stays consistent without re-briefing. Most clients land on a consistent style within 2–3 videos.
Upload through the intake on our platform, or share a Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link. Label folders by shoot date and camera, include separate audio recorders, and send everything before the clock starts: turnaround begins once the brief is complete, the footage is in and the project is paid.
The first cut lands within 5–7 days of a complete brief and payment, and most projects deliver in 3–4 days. Expedited delivery is an add-on at 5 days flat, 72 hours, 48 hours or a 24-hour rush, quoted upfront. Each revision round turns around in 24–72 hours.
Per project or per monthly volume, never by the hour. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts, based on footage length, complexity, motion graphics and turnaround. Use the instant quote to scope one project or a recurring monthly volume for your clients.
