Best-of list

Best white-label video editing services in 2026

Our pick for most agencies, production companies and videographers is Mark Studios: Mark edits your client’s footage in your house style and sends back unbranded files under a mutual NDA, with project files on request and a fixed quote before work starts.

Our pick

Mark Studios is the best white-label video editing service for most agencies.

Reselling editing works when three things hold: the files never carry the editor’s name, your client never hears from the editor, and you know the price and the date before you promise them. Mark Studios puts all three in writing.

  • Invisible by default. Exports go out unbranded with no editor credit, Mark works with you rather than your client, and he signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day.
  • Your files, your way. Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files come back when you ask before the project starts, and each client’s house style is kept in a brand profile.
  • One accountable person. Every project runs through Mark Santos, and Mark Studios is Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ rating, 8,000+ orders and 99% on-time delivery.

Mark Studios is Mark Santos’ founder-led studio in Palm Beach County, Florida, and white-label editing is how agencies, production companies and wedding videographers use it: you send raw footage, your client’s brand kit and two or three reference videos, get a fixed quote with scope, formats and delivery dates before work starts, and review the first cut with timestamped notes. Finished exports come back unbranded in every aspect ratio you need. Mark signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, works with you rather than your client, and keeps the project out of the portfolio when you ask in writing; footage is kept for 24 months so later revisions stay possible. Formats include YouTube and long-form, short-form, ads and promos, corporate explainers and wedding films. Mark also films and photographs on site across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, and travels for shoots elsewhere, quoted per trip.

Pros

  • Unbranded exports, a free mutual NDA and a portfolio carve-out in writing
  • Project files for Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro on request
  • Every project runs through Mark, with a fixed quote before work starts

Good to know

  • Project files are a paid add-on, requested before the project starts
  • Standard first cuts take 5–7 business days; faster delivery costs more
  • 3 revision rounds per order, not unlimited

Pixel8 Production sells editing as a monthly credit budget: a standard short-form clip costs 1 credit, a typical YouTube video 5 and a VSL 7–10. Standard is $2,000 a month for 25 credits (they don’t roll over) and Scale is $3,200 for 50 (they roll over for up to two months), both month to month with unlimited revisions; a one-week trial is $900 for 10 credits. Its white-label page says every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA, files carry no Pixel8 branding, it works inside Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion or Frame.io, and all communication goes through your agency. Its pricing page lists white-label delivery on the custom Retainer plan, and says it doesn’t shoot footage.

Pros

  • A mutual NDA on every engagement
  • Works inside the project tools your agency already uses
  • 24-hour first drafts on the Scale plan

Cons

  • What a credit buys depends on the format: four YouTube videos use 20 of Standard’s 25
  • Standard credits don’t roll over; it doesn’t film

Its editors are in the Philippines and it caps each editor at four clients. For resellers it builds an ordering portal with your logo, you choose a markup “of 0% to 300% or more,” and your account is charged its regular monthly rate; it says nothing it produces is “shown, credited, or resold as ours.” It doesn’t create custom motion graphics or animation; it uses templates for intros, end cards and lower thirds.

Our Vidpros review goes deeper on its plans.

Pros

  • A portal in your branding, at a markup you choose
  • Overnight turnaround on briefs sent by the end of the US workday
  • Month to month, with a $100 trial week

Cons

  • Output depends on how far your editor’s hours stretch
  • No custom motion graphics or animation

How to choose a white-label editor.

Get these six answers in writing before you resell anyone’s editing to a client.

  • Unbranded files and no client contact. Check the exports, review links and file names carry no editor name, and that the editor never emails your client.
  • An NDA, signed before work starts. Some sign one for every client, others on request. Ask who signs it, how fast, and whether delivered work can appear in their portfolio.
  • Project files. If you finish or archive projects in house, ask whether Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro projects come back and what they cost. Most sites on this list don’t say.
  • The pricing unit. Per project, per credit, per editor hour or per production slot: turn it into a cost per finished video for your real mix of long and short edits before you set your client’s price.
  • Turnaround and revisions. Find out when the clock starts, how long a revision round takes, and whether “unlimited” means one request at a time.
  • One house style per client. Each of your clients needs its own brand profile, and the same editor or studio on it. Send one real project as a paid test before you move a whole roster.

How we chose these options.

Mark Studios is our pick, and we wrote this list. We also sell on Fiverr. No provider paid to be listed. Our row shows our published monthly plan prices; white-label projects are quoted per project.

Who's included
We started from Google results and AI answers for white-label video editing services and editing partners for agencies, then kept companies whose own sites offer editing that agencies can resell under their own brand, plus one marketplace. Services that never mention white-label or unbranded delivery for agencies were left out, as were animation-only studios and staffing agencies that hire editors onto your payroll.
What we checked
Each provider's own website, read on October 10, 2026: price model and published prices, turnaround, revisions, whether delivery is unbranded, NDA terms and whether project files come back. Where a provider's own pages disagree, we say so. Prices change, so confirm before you buy.
How it's ordered
Grouped by how you pay: a marketplace, flat monthly subscriptions, editor hours, then quote-based partners. Alphabetical inside each group. Mark Studios is listed first as our pick; the other options are not ranked against each other, and there are no scores.
What the data says

In Wyzowl’s 2026 survey, 59% of video marketers made their video in house, 10% used only outside vendors and 32% mixed both. Across 6,358 completed standalone Mark Studios orders from 2023 to 2026, the median was due 6 days after it was placed. More in our video editing outsourcing benchmarks.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best white-label video editing services?

Our pick is Mark Studios: unbranded edits in your client’s house style, a mutual NDA at no charge, project files on request and a fixed quote before work starts, with every project run by Mark Santos. For a flat monthly subscription, VideoScale ($1,299–$3,499 a month, branded portal on Scale), Pixel8 Production (from $2,000 for 25 credits) or Vidchops (from $325). For editor hours, Vidpros ($1,000 for about 40 hours), E2M Solutions ($799–$3,999) or an Editvideo.io full-time editor ($2,950). For a quoted partnership, 85thAgency, Increditors or, for podcasts, On Replay (from $6,497). For one-off gigs, Fiverr.

What is white-label video editing?

White-label video editing is outsourced editing that an agency, production company or videographer delivers to its own client under its own brand. The editor works behind the scenes: the files carry no editor name, the editor deals only with the agency, and an NDA usually covers the client’s footage.

How much does white-label video editing cost?

Published prices, checked October 10, 2026: Vidchops $325–$995 a month; E2M Solutions $799–$3,999 for 15–120 editing hours; Vidpros $1,000 for about 40 hours or $4,000 full-time; VideoScale $1,299–$3,499; Pixel8 Production $2,000 or $3,200 in credits; an Editvideo.io full-time editor $2,950; On Replay $6,497–$17,997 for podcast production slots. 85thAgency and Increditors quote on a call, and Fiverr sellers set their own prices plus a 5.5% fee. Mark Studios gives every white-label project a fixed quote before work starts.

Will my clients know I outsourced the editing?

Not if the terms are right: unbranded files, no contact with your client, an NDA and no portfolio use. Mark Studios delivers unbranded, works only with you, signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge and keeps the project out of its portfolio when you ask in writing. Pixel8 Production puts every engagement under a mutual NDA, E2M Solutions says NDAs come standard, VideoScale and On Replay sign one on request, and 85thAgency will sign one before your first client.

Do white-label editors hand over project files?

Few say so on their sites. Editvideo.io includes all project files on its $2,950 full-time editor plan, and Mark Studios returns Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files as an add-on requested before the project starts. The other options here don’t state it, so ask before you sign.

Is Vidpros or Mark Studios better for white-label editing?

For most agencies, Mark Studios: every project runs through Mark with a fixed quote, unbranded delivery, a free mutual NDA, 3 revision rounds and project files on request, and Mark can also film on site in South Florida. Vidpros suits resellers who want to buy editor time ($1,000 a month for about 40 hours) and resell it at their own markup through a portal with their logo.

Is VideoScale or Mark Studios better for agencies?

For most agencies, Mark Studios: a fixed quote per project or a published monthly plan, a free mutual NDA, project files on request and one accountable person. VideoScale suits agencies that want unlimited requests worked one at a time and a client portal in their own branding, which needs its $3,499-a-month Scale plan.

Can a white-label partner film the footage too?

Mark Studios can: Mark films and photographs on site across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and travels for shoots elsewhere, quoted per trip, then edits the footage himself. Pixel8 Production and On Replay say they are post-production only.
