In Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties we film on location — practitioner interviews, clinic and studio b-roll, and patient-education setups — and edit it in-house, so one company handles the shoot and the cut. Outside that area we travel to film, with travel quoted per trip, or edit the footage your practice or a local videographer records, and we can brief that shoot so it cuts cleanly.

We follow the practitioner's lead on clinical accuracy and flag anything that reads as a diagnosis or treatment claim rather than educational information. Mark Studios works closely with health brands to keep content clear, responsible, and within your compliance parameters.

Consent is the client's responsibility to obtain before sending footage — we don't capture or store patient information. If you need guidance on what consent language to use, we can point you to standard media-release templates used in healthcare settings.

Yes — captions are included by default on all deliverables. We produce accurate, properly timed captions for every video; a separate SRT or VTT file for YouTube, Instagram or a patient portal is available as an add-on.

Absolutely. We identify the highest-value moments — clear takeaways, strong sound bites, clinical demonstrations — and repackage them as captioned vertical or square clips ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 days, with expedited delivery available when you need it sooner, depending on footage length and complexity. Retainer clients on the Scale plan get priority queue access; every plan deliverable is due within 7 business days of its footage landing.
