Revisions
Leave feedback on the platform's built-in video reviewer (or via email/chat). Each round turns around in 24–72 hours, usually faster. Async by default — no calls needed for trims, tone, or detail work.

Final files
You get the final exports — MP4/MOV for video, JPG/PNG for design — in every format you need. We retain source project files for 24 months, so future revisions are always possible.

How do you handle music licensing and Content ID?
Music is part of the edit: we source and license tracks for your video from royalty-free or licensed libraries, so posts don't get muted, flagged or hit with a copyright claim on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. Prefer your own music? Send the licensed tracks or name your library in the brief. For short-form we can also sync to a trending track you specify.

How do I send you my footage, including big files?
Upload your raw files through the intake on our platform, or paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link. For big shoots a shared folder link beats uploading file by file: label folders by shoot date and camera, include separate audio, and send everything at once, because turnaround starts when your files land.

Do you use AI to edit videos?
A human editor cuts your video. Every project goes to a senior editor with 5+ years of professional experience and a portfolio in your content category. We use AI-assisted tools where they save time, such as captions, but the decisions that make an edit work are the editor's: which moments stay, the hook, the pacing and the story.

How soon can you start, and do you have capacity?
Submit your project and you get an instant quote; we confirm the timeline within one business day and match an editor by content type, usually within one business day. Work starts when your files land, and the first cut lands within 5–7 business days. Monthly clients get a fixed delivery cadence; the Scale plan adds a priority queue and built-in rush.

How many revisions are included?
Every order includes 3 revision rounds within the agreed scope, set out in your project Order. Material scope changes (new footage, a restructured deliverable, additional use cases) are quoted as additional work. Each round turns around in 24–72 hours, usually faster, and if a first cut is structurally wrong we rebuild it on us.

Are captions included?
Captions are part of the standard deliverable on our short-form and talking-head edits: styled captions burned in, or a separate SRT file. For other formats, say what you need in the brief (burned-in, SRT or VTT) and it is scoped into your quote. Translated subtitles in 40+ languages run through our Content Localization service.

Can I try you on a test edit first?
Start with one real project. You can order a single one-off edit of your own footage, with no monthly commitment, and judge it before anything ongoing. It gets the same fixed quote, revision rounds and senior editor as any project, and if the first cut is structurally wrong we rebuild it on us. Good fit? Move to a monthly plan with the same editor.

A paragraph + 2–3 reference videos is usually enough. The platform's intake form walks you through the rest. Reference videos matter most — they communicate pacing, tone, and energy faster than any document.
It's rare — we ask enough questions upfront to be fully aligned before starting. If something does come back off-direction, we adjust through the standard revision rounds (3 included). Genuine direction resets are treated as a new project, with a new intake and quote.
We offer expedited turnaround as a paid add-on at checkout, quoted upfront, depending on what your project actually needs. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you what's possible before you pay.
Yes. On retainer engagements you have a dedicated editor who learns your style and recurring assets. For one-off projects we still match by style — your second project with us will already feel more "yours" than your first.
Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut. Delivery: our platform with a built-in video reviewer (Google Drive on request). Communication: platform, email, WhatsApp, or iMessage. We can adapt to Slack or Frame.io if your team already uses them, but it's not the default.

Source files (Premiere / AE / DaVinci / FCP project files) aren't included by default — you get the final exports (MP4/MOV/JPG/PNG). Source files are available as a paid add-on, but must be requested before the project starts. We retain them for 24 months on our end, so revisions later are always possible.
Through the platform by default — it has built-in messaging, file sharing, and a video reviewer. We also support email, WhatsApp, and iMessage. Slack only if you specifically request it.
