We treat all unreleased client work as confidential — whether or not a document is signed. We have a standard mutual NDA we'll sign at no charge for any client that requests one. Custom client NDAs are reviewed case-by-case.
On final payment, you own the delivered files — MP4, MOV, JPEG, PNG, or whatever final format we shipped. Source files (Premiere/After Effects/DaVinci projects, layered designs) are an optional paid add-on that has to be requested upfront before the project starts.
All client files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with role-based access. Only your assigned project team can see your assets — never the broader team or third parties.
Every project runs through our own vetted editors and designers under NDA — never an anonymous marketplace hire, and no juniors learning on your footage.
We accept Stripe, credit card, PayPal, ACH, and wire transfer. Card data never touches our servers — payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers.
We collect what we need to deliver your project. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and our ads — see our Privacy Policy for details and opt-outs.
