When the clock starts
The clock starts when your footage arrives
Turnaround is counted from the moment we have everything we need: the footage, the brief and your references, with the project paid. We don't begin until the brief is complete, so we can hit the deadline you booked. A date quoted on day 0 is a date we track against a published schedule, and we flag risk early instead of missing it.
Most lost days come from the handoff, not the edit. Before you hit send:
- Upload all the raw footage at once, labeled by shoot date, including separate audio.
- Link 2–3 reference videos with timestamps. See how to send a reference.
- State the length target, the platform and the publish date, including a time.
- Name one person who approves the cut.

Rush delivery
How does rush editing work?
Expedited turnaround is an add-on at four speeds. Rush is quoted upfront, in writing, as a surcharge on the project quote, so you know the exact figure before you pay. For monthly clients rush is built into capacity. For standalone projects it depends on team availability that week: some weeks we can turn a 10-minute YouTube edit in 48 hours, some weeks we can't, and we'll say so before you commit.

How revisions affect your delivery date
Each engagement includes the rounds of revisions specified in your project Order, typically 2–3 rounds for most edits. Material scope changes (new footage, a restructured deliverable, additional use cases) are quoted as additional work. Each round turns around in 24–72 hours, usually faster.
