Best-of list

Best E2M alternatives in 2026

E2M sells white-label video editing to digital agencies by the hour: $799 a month buys 15–20 editing hours on its Starter plan, rising to $3,999 for 100–120 on Advanced. Agencies that shop around usually want to know what each client video will cost before they resell it, or want the NDA, the project files and one accountable person in writing. For them our pick is Mark Studios: every white-label project gets a fixed written quote, exports go out unbranded under a free mutual NDA, and monthly plans run from $750.

How this list works: Mark Studios publishes it and ranks its own service, so this is not an independent review. Every other option’s facts come from its own site, with the date we checked (how we compared). Some Fiverr links here are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no cost to you.

Our pick

Mark Studios is the best E2M alternative for most agencies.

E2M is a broad white-label partner, with video sold as a block of editor hours next to its web, SEO and ads work. Mark Studios is a video studio first: you get a price per project before any footage moves, and Mark Santos runs every job.

  • Priced by the video, not the hour. E2M sells blocks of hours, 15–20 on Starter, and its page doesn't say how many edits an hour buys. Mark Studios quotes each white-label project in writing before work starts, and the monthly plans name their output: Growth is 4 YouTube videos with thumbnails, titles and SEO, plus 8 Shorts, for $2,000.
  • NDA, carve-out and files in writing. E2M says NDAs come standard. Mark signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, keeps the project out of the portfolio when you ask in writing, and returns Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files when you request them at quoting; E2M publishes no project-file terms.
  • One accountable person. E2M routes work through a project manager (from Standard up; its plan table gives Starter none) to shared or dedicated editors. At Mark Studios every project runs through Mark Santos, with a direct line for your agency.

Quick picks.

Start from how you resell. To price each client video, Mark Studios quotes per project and Maken Media publishes per-video partner rates. To let clients order in a portal under your name, look at VidChops or VideoScale's Scale plan. If you like E2M's hour model but want more of an editor's day, Editvideo.io and Vidpros sell time; Pixel8 and 85thAgency sell edits by credit or batch, Room4 Media adds scripting and animation, On Replay covers podcast shows, and Fiverr or Upwork suit a one-off overflow job.

The baseline

What E2M sells, and the terms behind its hours

E2M is a white-label partner for digital agencies: web development, SEO, PPC, content and AI services sold under the agency's brand, with offices in Denver and San Diego and delivery staff in Ahmedabad, India. Its About page says it started in 2012 and now has more than 350 full-time specialists. Video editing is one of those white-label services, pitched mainly at social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn) with ads and VSLs, corporate videos, long-form and podcast edits, motion graphics, captions and thumbnails alongside.

The plans, read on its video page on October 25, 2026, sell editing hours rather than videos: Starter, $799 a month for 15–20 hours; Standard, $1,299 for 30–35; Pro, $2,099 for 50–60; and Advanced, $3,999 for 100–120. Quarterly billing takes 10% off ($719, $1,169, $1,889 or $3,599 a month) and yearly 15% ($679, $1,104, $1,784 or $3,399). Turnaround is 2–3 business days on Starter, 1–2 on Standard and Pro, and 24 hours on Advanced. Starter and Standard use shared editors and Pro and Advanced a dedicated one; brand profiles run 1, 3, 5 or unlimited, and raw-footage uploads 25 to 100 GB. The plan table gives Starter 2 revision rounds per video, no dedicated project manager and no Slack or project-tool channel, though its FAQ says every plan has unlimited revisions. Content planning starts on Pro. The page doesn't say how many videos an hour buys, or whether project files come back.

Its terms of service, last updated October 13, 2026, add the commercial rules. Plans renew every month, quarter or year until you cancel by email or through your account manager, and a cancellation takes effect as soon as you make contact, with service ending from that date. Purchases are non-refundable unless the specific offer states a refund window. On the agency side, it says NDAs come standard, it never contacts your clients or adds its branding, and footage is deleted according to your preferences. Third-party reviews are sparse: on October 25, 2026 its Trustpilot page held a single review (3.2), and Clutch listed it as not yet reviewed.

Where E2M is strong

  • Video next to web, SEO, PPC and AI work from one white-label partner
  • 1–2 day turnaround from Standard and 24 hours on Advanced
  • NDAs standard, no contact with your clients, and work inside the tools you already use

Why agencies compare it

  • Hours, not videos: no published count of edits per hour
  • Starter has shared editors, 2 revision rounds, 1 brand profile and no dedicated project manager
  • Cancelling stops service at once, and purchases are non-refundable outside a stated window
  • No published terms on project files

Moving off E2M: a checklist.

From E2M's terms of service (last updated October 13, 2026) and its video page, both read October 25, 2026. The cancellation clause matters most, because it takes effect the moment you ask.

  1. Finish the queue before you email

Its terms make a cancellation effective immediately upon contact, and the service stops from that date. Get every edit in progress delivered and approved first, then email info@e2msolutions.com or tell your account manager.

  2. Check which billing term you're on

Quarterly (10% off) and yearly (15% off) plans renew for the same term, and purchases are non-refundable unless your offer stated a refund window. Cancel ahead of the renewal date so a new quarter or year isn't charged.

  3. Ask for project files and brand notes in writing

The plan table doesn't mention project files. If you want the editing projects, templates or the brand-profile notes its editors work from, request them before you cancel, while the account is still active.

  4. Say what happens to client footage

E2M's FAQ says footage is deleted according to your preferences after a project. Tell it whether to delete everything or hold it until you've downloaded what you need.

  5. Turn last month's hours into a video count

Count the finished edits your last month of hours produced, by format and raw-footage length. Partners that price by the video, credit or batch quote that number, not time, so it's the figure to compare.

  6. Sign the new NDA before the first file moves

Put the next partner's NDA and a brand profile for each end client in place before any client footage changes hands, so your clients see no gap. Mark Studios signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day.

Our pick

Mark StudiosOur pick

Best for: Best overall: a written price per project, a free NDA and Mark on every job

Model
Studio: fixed quote per white-label project, or a monthly plan
Stated turnaround
First cut in 5–7 business days on white-label work; up to 7 business days per plan deliverable (a first draft in 3 on Unlimited)
Revisions
3 rounds per deliverable, each back in 24–72 hours
Under your brand
Unbranded exports, a free mutual NDA and a portfolio carve-out in writing
Commitment
Quoted project by project, or plans month to month

Compared with E2M: Mark Studios prices the video where E2M prices the hour, so you know what each client deliverable costs you before you quote it. Send a short brief, two or three reference videos and your client's brand kit, and the scope, formats and delivery dates come back in writing before work starts; you leave timestamped notes on the first cut, and the finished exports go out with no editor credit, in every format the client needs. Mark signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, works with your agency rather than your client, keeps a brand profile for each repeat client and keeps source files for 24 months, so a late change stays possible. E2M edits footage you supply; the studio also films on location in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties. For steady volume, the four plans on our plans page on October 25, 2026: Starter, $750/month, 1 long-form edit, 4 shorts and 2 thumbnails; Growth, $2,000/month, 4 YouTube videos with a thumbnail, title and SEO each, plus 8 Shorts; Scale, $2,700/month, 4 long-form edits, 24 shorts, 8 thumbnails, a monthly content plan and a priority queue; Unlimited, $3,500/month, unlimited requests worked one at a time, with a first draft of each in 3 business days. Single white-label projects are priced in the instant quote.

Pros against E2M

  • A written price per project, so every client quote has a known cost behind it
  • Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files on request as a paid add-on; E2M publishes no project-file terms
  • Every project runs through Mark, on every plan

Good to know

  • E2M is faster: 1–2 business days from Standard and 24 hours on Advanced, against a 5–7 business day first cut here
  • 3 revision rounds per deliverable, where E2M's Standard plan and above set no limit
  • Project files are a paid add-on agreed at quoting, and plans assume up to 15 minutes of footage per long-form edit

None: you pay order by order

Compared with E2M: nothing is billed until you place an order. E2M charges for a month of hours up front whether or not your clients send footage that month; on Fiverr each overflow job is its own order, with the seller's price, delivery time and revision count shown before you pay, and Fiverr adds its 5.5% service fee at checkout, plus $3.50 on orders under $200. The vetting is yours: whether a seller delivers unbranded files, signs your NDA or hands over source files varies from gig to gig, and no project manager carries your client's brand rules from one order to the next. Disclosure: Mark Studios sells on Fiverr too.

Pros against E2M

  • No monthly charge in a month your clients send nothing
  • Sellers at every price and delivery speed, with public reviews
  • Pay only for the jobs you've already sold

Cons against E2M

  • White-label, NDA and file terms change from seller to seller
  • Every new seller needs your client's brand rules again

Hourly or fixed-price contracts

Compared with E2M: you hire the editor instead of buying a block of a partner's hours. On Upwork's Basic plan you pay the freelancer's rate plus a 5% marketplace fee (3% for eligible US clients paying from a checking account) and a one-time contract initiation fee of $0.99 to $14.99; Business Plus charges 10%, or 8%. An hourly contract bills the time actually logged rather than E2M's fixed tiers of 15–20, 30–35 or 50–60 hours, and you can put your NDA, white-label clause and file handover into the contract before the first client file moves. What you give up is cover: if your freelancer is booked or leaves, no project manager reassigns the work.

Pros against E2M

  • Your NDA and white-label terms in the contract itself
  • Pay for logged hours instead of a fixed monthly block
  • Interview candidates and check past work first

Cons against E2M

  • Marketplace and contract fees on top of the editor's rate
  • No backup editor if your hire is unavailable

Compared with E2M: Maken Media publishes the per-video price that E2M's hour plans leave you to work out. Its white-label partner rates are $35 to $75 per short-form video, $250 to $500 per YouTube or podcast episode and $150 to $300 for motion graphics or VFX, with revisions and onboarding free and content strategy included depending on volume; it suggests agencies mark the work up by 50 to 100%. At those rates, the $799 of E2M's Starter plan pays for 10 to 22 shorts. Footage goes in through Frame.io, Google Drive or Dropbox with your brand guidelines, and each batch comes back in 72 hours with your watermark, colours and style. The Scottsdale, Arizona company's page counts 43+ clients served, against the 1,100+ agencies E2M cites, and it says nothing about NDAs or project files.

Pros against E2M

  • Per-video rates in public, so setting your margin is simple
  • No minimums or contracts
  • Content strategy included, depending on volume

Cons against E2M

  • No NDA or project-file terms on its page
  • 72 hours per batch, slower than E2M's 1–2 days from Standard

Under your brand
Unbranded or agency-branded files; never contacts your clients; will sign an NDA or partnership agreement
Commitment
Not published; video credits don't expire

Compared with E2M: 85thAgency counts edits, not hours. Its packages are Starter at 10 edits, Growth at 30 and Premium at 50 or a custom volume, each priced on a discovery call, and its white-label page says the video credits don't expire. For an agency with many end clients the useful difference is the setup: a private workspace for your agency and a style guide for every end client, covering fonts, colours, motion graphics and export conventions, where E2M's plans allow 1, 3 or 5 brand profiles below Advanced. Files return unbranded or agency-branded in 24 to 48 hours under your naming conventions, it never contacts your clients, and it will sign an NDA or a white-label partnership agreement before your first end client. Premium adds a content calendar and scripts.

Pros against E2M

  • A style guide for each end client
  • Credits that don't expire
  • A guaranteed 24–48 hour turnaround

Cons against E2M

  • No published prices
  • Revisions capped at 3 rounds on Starter

Pixel8 Production

Stated turnaround

Revisions
Unlimited
Under your brand
Mutual NDA on every engagement; no Pixel8 branding
Commitment
Month to month; cancel any time

Compared with E2M: Pixel8 also sells capacity rather than a video count, in credits weighted by format instead of hours: a standard short is 1 credit, a premium short 2, a typical YouTube video 5, a VSL 7 to 10 and a thumbnail half a credit to one. Standard costs $2,000 a month for 25 credits that don't roll over, close to E2M's $2,099 Pro plan, and Scale is $3,200 for 50 credits that roll over for up to two months, with 24-hour drafts and 12–24 hour rush. A $900 trial buys 10 credits to use within a week. Its white-label page puts every engagement under a mutual NDA and has its editors work inside Asana, Notion, Monday, ClickUp or Frame.io, with all communication through your agency, though its pricing table lists white-label delivery under the custom Retainer plan, so confirm it on Standard. It doesn't shoot footage.

Pros against E2M

  • A mutual NDA on every engagement
  • Credits show what a YouTube video costs: 5 of Standard's 25
  • Rush delivery in 12–24 hours on Scale

Cons against E2M

  • Standard credits lapse at the end of each month
  • White-label delivery is listed on the custom Retainer plan

Compared with E2M: VidChops runs white-label the other way round. E2M promises it never talks to your clients; VidChops' agency setup gives them a portal in your branding where they submit requests, review their videos and can message their editor directly, while you add your own premium on top. The plans cost less than E2M's: $495 a month for 4 credits on Weekly and $995 for 8 on Pro, where a credit is one long video of 5 to 60 minutes or four shorts, with 1–2 day turnaround, no contract and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Subtitles are $95 a month extra, Weekly allows 3 revisions per video, and the white-label setup itself is arranged on a call.

Pros against E2M

  • $495 a month, $304 below E2M's Starter
  • Clients can order and approve without you relaying notes
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee

Cons against E2M

  • Your clients deal with the editor, so the partner isn't hidden

Compared with E2M: Room4 Media fits when the client job is more than an edit. Its white-label production for agencies covers scriptwriting, motion graphics, animation, editing and finishing, all made in house, and it says it has sold white-label work to agencies for more than 10 years. Subscriptions are priced by how many tasks run at once, with an unlimited queue behind them: Essential, $3,000 a month, covers design and web but not video; Professional, $6,000, adds video editing, motion graphics, stock video, source files and the white-label option for two active tasks; Enterprise, $9,000, runs three. Paying quarterly takes 10% off. That is well above E2M's $799 entry, but E2M's video plans list no scriptwriting and publish no source-file terms.

Pros against E2M

  • Scripting, animation, design and editing from one partner
  • Source files on the white-label plans
  • Unlimited revisions and a first preview in 1–3 days

Cons against E2M

The agency features sit on Scale at $3,499: a full-time exclusive editor for 40 hours a week, unlimited brands, several projects at once, ClickUp communication and a white-labeled client portal, which compares with E2M's Advanced plan at $3,999 for 100 to 120 hours a month. Compared with E2M: Editvideo.io sells what E2M's top tiers sell, an editor's time, in bigger and simpler units. $2,950 a month buys one editor working 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, only on your queue, with no footage cap, a daily time report showing where the hours went and live chat during working hours. Two editors cost $5,900 and three $8,850, with a senior editor leading the pod at no extra charge. White-label comes only with these full-time plans; its comparison table marks it “Not available” on the standard monthly plans. Turnaround runs from same day for shorts to 48 hours for complex or motion-graphics-heavy work, and all project files are included, which E2M's plan table doesn't address.

Pros against E2M

  • All project files included
  • A daily time report on how the hours were spent
  • Pods of two or three editors, with a senior lead included

Cons against E2M

  • $2,950 a month is the entry point for white-label
  • No white-label on its standard plans

Vidpros

Best for: Editor hours resold through a portal with your logo, at your markup

Starting price
$1,000/month (2 editing hours each workday); full-time $4,000
Stated turnaround
Overnight, depending on complexity
Revisions
Not stated on its pricing page
Under your brand
An ordering portal with your logo; you set a markup of 0% to 300% or more
Commitment
Month to month; a $100 trial week rolls into the plan

Compared with E2M: of everything on this list, Vidpros sells closest to E2M's model, editing time by the month, and adds resale tooling. Part Time is $1,000 a month for two hours of editing each workday and Full Time $4,000 for eight; for resellers it builds an ordering portal with your logo, you choose a markup of 0% to 300% or more, and your Vidpros account pays the regular rate. Each editor takes no more than four clients, and the editors work Tuesday to Saturday, 8 to 5 Philippine time, so briefs sent at the end of a US day come back overnight. Simple thumbnails, AI captions, three months of storage and up to 40 GB of raw footage are included. E2M lists 2D and 3D motion graphics; Vidpros builds intros, end cards and lower thirds from templates and doesn't make custom motion graphics.

Pros against E2M

  • A portal under your logo, at the markup you choose
  • Overnight turnaround on routine edits
  • A $100 trial week before the monthly plan

Cons against E2M

  • Template graphics only
  • Output depends on how far two hours a day stretch

How we built this list.

We publish this list, and our own studio is the pick. Mark Studios also sells on Fiverr. Nobody paid to be listed. Our row and card show our published monthly plan prices; white-label projects are quoted one by one.

Who's on it
Editing partners an agency weighing E2M is likely to consider, each with a public price or a plain way to buy: white-label providers that publish agency terms, services sold by the video, by credit or batch, by queue or by editor time, a podcast wholesaler, and the two largest freelance marketplaces.
What we checked
E2M's white-label video editing page, its terms of service (last updated October 13, 2026), its About page and its Trustpilot and Clutch listings, then each other provider's own pricing and white-label pages, all on October 25, 2026. Pages that load prices with JavaScript or block automated reads (VideoScale, 85thAgency's packages, Upwork, Fiverr's help center, Trustpilot and Clutch) were rendered in a browser. Prices change, so confirm before you sign.
How it's ordered
Mark Studios first, as our pick. The rest are grouped by how you pay: marketplaces, per-video rates, a set number of edits or credits, a flat monthly queue, editor time like E2M's, then podcast wholesale. Inside each group they are alphabetical, not ranked.

Our list of the best white-label video editing services sets fifteen options side by side on NDA, project files and turnaround. Turn your E2M hours into a per-video quote.

List what a typical month of client work holds (long edits, shorts, ads) and how long the raw footage runs. The instant quote prices it in writing, per project or as a monthly plan, and the NDA can be signed before the first file moves.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best E2M alternatives?

For most agencies, Mark Studios: a written quote per white-label project, unbranded exports under a free mutual NDA, project files on request as a paid add-on and Mark on every job, with monthly plans from $750 (Growth is $2,000 for 4 YouTube videos with thumbnails, titles and SEO plus 8 Shorts). To pay per video, Maken Media. For a client portal in your branding, VidChops or VideoScale. For a full editor's day, Editvideo.io or Vidpros. For podcasts, On Replay. For one-off overflow, Fiverr or Upwork.

How much does E2M's white-label video editing cost?

On October 25, 2026 its video page listed four plans sold by editing hours: Starter, $799 a month for 15–20 hours; Standard, $1,299 for 30–35; Pro, $2,099 for 50–60; and Advanced, $3,999 for 100–120. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 15% (Starter becomes $719 or $679 a month), and custom plans are priced on a call. It publishes no per-video price and doesn't say how many videos an hour covers.

Can you cancel E2M at any time?

Yes, its video page says there are no contracts, but read how cancelling works. Its terms of service, last updated October 13, 2026, renew each plan every month, quarter or year until you cancel by emailing info@e2msolutions.com or telling your account manager; the cancellation takes effect as soon as you contact it, and service stops from that date. Purchases are non-refundable unless the offer you bought states a refund window, such as 14 days.

How many revisions does E2M include?

Its plan table gives Starter 2 revision rounds per video and Standard, Pro and Advanced unlimited revisions, while its FAQ says every plan includes unlimited revisions, so get Starter's limit in writing. Mark Studios includes 3 revision rounds on every deliverable, each turned around in 24–72 hours, and Pixel8, VideoScale and On Replay publish unlimited revisions.

Is there a cheaper alternative to E2M?

Yes. VidChops' Weekly plan is $495 a month for 4 credits (4 long videos or 16 shorts), $304 below E2M's Starter, and Maken Media charges $35 to $75 per short-form video with no minimum. Mark Studios' Starter plan is $750 a month for 1 long-form edit, 4 shorts and 2 thumbnails. On Fiverr, sellers set their own prices and Fiverr adds a 5.5% service fee.

Is E2M or Mark Studios better for agencies?

For agencies that want a known price per client video, an NDA and project files in writing, and one accountable person, Mark Studios: every white-label project is quoted before work starts, the mutual NDA is free, and every project runs through Mark; the studio is Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ rating and 99% on time. E2M is better when turnaround and short-form volume come first, or when you already buy its web and SEO work: 1–2 day turnaround from Standard, 24 hours on Advanced, and up to 120 editing hours a month.

Is E2M legit?

Yes. E2M started in 2012, according to its About page, with offices in Denver and San Diego and delivery staff in Ahmedabad, India, and it publishes its video prices and terms of service. It says it has served 1,100+ agencies. Independent reviews are thin: on October 25, 2026 its Trustpilot page showed one review (3.2) and Clutch listed it as not yet reviewed, so ask for agency references before you move client work.
