Best-of list

Best construction video production companies in 2026

Our pick for most builders, general contractors and home-service companies is Mark Studios: it films job sites on location in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, travels to film elsewhere, and edits the phone, GoPro and drone footage crews shoot anywhere.

Our pick

Mark Studios is the best construction video production company for most builders and contractors.

A build gives you months of footage and one chance to film each stage. Most contractors need a crew for the milestones that matter, then someone to keep turning crew clips into recaps and Shorts while the job is still fresh. Mark Studios does both from one founder-led studio.

  • Filmed at the right stage. Groundbreaking, framing, the pour, the walkthrough at handoff and owner or crew interviews, filmed on site in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, with aerials where flying is permitted.
  • Crew footage, cut on a schedule. Phone clips, GoPro cards and drone files turned into project recaps, before-and-after Shorts and ad cuts in 16:9 and 9:16, 5–7 days standard.
  • Mark on every job. One person plans, films and edits, backed by a 4.9★ rating over 8,000+ Fiverr orders and 99% on-time delivery.

Construction video gigs from $5, plus a 5.5% buyer fee ($3.50 more under $200)
Stated turnaround
Set per gig

Fiverr’s construction video category listed “295 services available” on October 14, 2026, and they come in two kinds. Some sellers edit what you send, with gigs such as “I will edit construction videos, construction reels and tiktok, real estate video edit” from $30. Many others sell animation or AI clips, such as “I will create ai generated construction timelapse videos” from $15, which are generated rather than filmed on your site. Construction gigs on the first page started at $5 to $100. Fiverr adds its own fee at checkout, 5.5% of the order plus $3.50 on orders under $200. Nobody visits the job, and quality depends on the seller, so watch samples first.

Pros

  • The cheapest way to get job-site clips edited
  • Gigs for reels, time-lapses, intros and ads
  • Price and delivery time shown before you order

Cons

  • No one films your site; you supply the footage
  • Many listings are AI-generated time-lapses, not edits of your project

How we chose these options.

We wrote this list and put Mark Studios first. Mark also sells on Fiverr, which is on the list. No company paid to appear. Shoots are quoted per project, so our row shows the published editing plan prices.

Who’s included
We started from Google results for construction video production, including the directories and agency lists that rank for it, and kept companies whose own websites show construction work and loaded on the day we checked. We added jobsite camera companies that sell edited time-lapse, Florida studios and Fiverr. We left out studios outside the US, sites carrying another industry’s template copy, sites that were down or for sale, and companies that give no location.
What we checked
Each company’s own website, read on October 14, 2026: where it is based and films, what it makes for builders, any published price or timeline, and terms such as revision rounds. Where a company’s pages disagree, we say so. Prices change, so confirm with the company before you sign.
How it’s ordered
Our pick first, then five groups: a marketplace, national production companies, construction specialists, time-lapse camera companies and Florida-based options, alphabetical within each. The companies after Mark Studios aren’t ranked, and there are no scores.
What the data says

In the FAA’s survey of commercial drone operators for 2024, real estate and construction were the two most common kinds of work, with more than 500 operators saying they were at least somewhat active in each. Aerial footage of a build is easy to come by; what most builders lack is someone to cut it into a video people finish. The survey is covered in our drone video statistics.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best construction video production company?

For most builders, general contractors and home-service companies, Mark Studios: it films job sites in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, travels to film elsewhere, edits crew phone and drone footage in 5–7 days standard and publishes its monthly editing plan prices. For time-lapse from jobsite cameras, OxBlue, EarthCam or TrueLook. For big general contractors on retainer, Maximum Flavor Media. For safety training, StoryTrack. For cheap edits of your own clips, Fiverr.

How much does construction video production cost?

Published figures read October 14, 2026: CineSalon’s smallest project is $5,000; Maximum Flavor Media’s retainers run from $8,000–$12,000 a quarter; Beverly Boy’s drone shoots start at $950–$1,250 per half day; TrueLook’s camera plans start at $129 a month, with an edited time-lapse included on the $599 Premium plan; Fiverr gigs start at $5 plus a 5.5% fee. Shave Media, StoryTrack, Clearer Vision, EarthCam, OxBlue, Construction Marketing Inc., Plum Productions and Aerial Innovations quote each project. Mark Studios quotes shoots per project, and its editing plans start at $750 a month.

How long does a construction video take?

Plum Productions delivers a first cut within 14 days of the shoot. CineSalon gives 2–3 weeks for small projects and 4–6 weeks for mid-size ones. TrueLook takes two weeks to edit a Premium Time-Lapse once the project ends. Mark Studios delivers edits in 5–7 days as standard after the shoot or footage handoff, with expedited delivery available. Most of the others don’t publish timelines.

Should a contractor hire a video crew or a time-lapse camera company?

They do different jobs. A camera company such as OxBlue, EarthCam or TrueLook records the whole build from fixed cameras and edits it into a time-lapse, which suits large projects and owner reports. A crew films people: interviews, the walkthrough, the crew at work. Many builders use a camera for the record and a studio for marketing videos and Shorts.

Which construction video production companies are in Florida?

Mark Studios films in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties. Plum Productions is in Boca Raton, Construction Marketing Inc. in Sarasota and Aerial Innovations in Tampa. Beverly Boy lists its East Coast headquarters in West Palm Beach.

Can construction footage shot on a phone or drone be edited into a marketing video?

Yes. Mark Studios edits phone clips, GoPro cards and drone files from builders anywhere into project recaps, before-and-after Shorts and ads in 16:9 and 9:16. Film a wide shot before work starts and the same shot at the end: a before-and-after from one angle is the clip homeowners watch most. Fiverr sellers also edit uploaded footage, at a quality set by each seller.

What video should a construction company make first?

Usually a recap of one finished project, cut as before, during and after, because owners and homeowners hire from proof. Then short clips from each active job for social, a recruiting video if hiring is hard, and a safety or onboarding video for new crew members.
