We're a 25+ person remote agency cutting video for some of the biggest creators and brands online. We hire senior-only, async-first, and we treat editors and designers like the craft professionals they are.
We're building the kind of agency we wished we had worked at — senior craft people, no crunch culture, no body-shop dynamics, real career growth.
Remote, always
We've been fully remote since day one. Our team works from the Philippines, the US, and Europe — async-first with overlap windows, never butts-in-seats.
Senior team, senior pay
We hire 5+ year professionals and pay above market for the role and region. No "agency rates" that quietly underpay editors so the agency can mark up.
Big briefs, real clients
You'll edit for creators with millions of subs and brands with 9-figure revenue. Public, named projects you can put on your reel.
No body shop dynamics
You're matched to projects you actually want and can do well — not whatever's in the queue. Specialist routing, not generalist drudgery.
Tooling that helps
Our internal platform, Google Workspace (Drive + Sheets), paid AE plugins, paid plugin libraries, Adobe Stock licenses. We don't bill these back to you.
A founder who edits
Mark Santos still cuts video. Briefs, feedback, and creative direction come from someone who can sit at the timeline with you, not a non-editor sales person.
Async by default — no mandatory calls
We default to platform messages, Loom, and timestamped video review — no standing meetings, no surprise calls. Calls happen when they're useful, not as a habit.
Predictable workload, no crunch
We capacity-plan two weeks out. If we don't have room for a project, we say no — instead of squeezing it onto your timeline. Your weekends stay your weekends.
Open roles
We're a small but growing team — open roles change quarterly. The list below reflects what we're actively hiring for. Don't see your role? Send us your reel anyway.
Senior Video Editor — YouTube Long-Form
Remote · Full-time
Cut 5–15 minute YouTube videos for established creators (300K–2M+ subs). You'll work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and After Effects, with retention-aware pacing, B-roll integration, and brand-consistent style.
5+ years editing long-form YouTube content
Reel showing channels with 100K+ subs
Comfortable with timestamped video review feedback loops
Available for 30–40 hours/week with overlap with US Pacific
Short-Form Editor — Reels / Shorts / TikTok
Remote · Part-time or Full-time
Cut vertical short-form content with hooks that retain. You'll work in CapCut and Premiere, deliver 4–8 shorts per day for retainer clients across creator and brand accounts.
3+ years cutting vertical short-form content
Reel showing accounts with 100K+ followers
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and trends
Capacity for 10–30 hours/week
Motion Designer / After Effects
Remote · Project or Retainer
Build branded motion graphics, animated explainers, lower thirds, end screens, and visualizations for client projects. AE-fluent with at least 4 years of professional motion experience.
4+ years professional After Effects experience
Strong typography and timing fundamentals
Can build expressions, rigs, and template-able systems
Reel showing motion work for brands or creator channels
Thumbnail Designer
Remote · Part-time
Design YouTube thumbnails that hit 7%+ CTR consistently. Work in Photoshop, deliver 3–5 concepts per video, iterate on data, and contribute to our thumbnail playbook.
3+ years designing YouTube thumbnails professionally
Strong typography, contrast, and emotion fundamentals
Familiarity with YouTube's A/B testing tools
Project Manager
Remote · Full-time
Run client engagements from kickoff through delivery. Coordinate editor + designer assignments, manage briefs, run revision rounds, and own the relationship for 6–10 retainer accounts at a time.
3+ years project management at a video or creative agency
Comfortable with platform-based project management tools (Google Drive, Google Sheets, or similar)
Excellent written communication
Calm under deadline pressure
Quality Assurance VA
Remote · Part-time or Full-time
Final-eyes review on every project before delivery — checking for spelling/grammar errors, caption sync, brand-consistency issues, and anything else that would embarrass us if it shipped. You're the last line of defense between an editor's cut and the client's inbox.
Fluent English — required. You'll be flagging spelling, grammar, and copy-readability issues, so this is non-negotiable.
2+ years of QA, proofreading, or production-coordinator experience (creative agency or video production preferred)
Solid understanding of project management workflows (Google Drive, Google Sheets, or similar)
Sharp attention to detail and a documented process for catching errors consistently
Comfortable with timestamped video review tools (Frame.io, our platform, or similar)
How we hire
Application + reel. Send your application and your strongest 3–5 pieces. We respond within 5 business days.
Async craft test. A small paid trial: an actual mini-project sized to take 2–4 hours. Real footage, real brief, real feedback.
Conversation. 30-minute call with Mark and a project manager. No whiteboarding, no trick questions — just figuring out fit on both sides.
Trial engagement. A 2–4 week trial on real client work, paid at full rate. Either side can opt out at the end.
Offer. Either part-time, retainer, or full-time. We don't lock anyone in unless we're sure it's a good fit.
Don't see your role?
We hire on talent, not titles. If you're a senior craft person in video editing, design, motion, or strategy — and you've got a reel that proves it — send us a note. We respond to everyone.
