Best-of list

Best corporate video editing services in 2026

Our pick for companies that already have the footage is Mark Studios: Mark edits your recordings, interviews, events and webinars to your brand guide under a free mutual NDA, with a fixed quote before work starts and project files on request.

Our pick

Mark Studios is the best corporate video editing service for most companies.

When the footage already exists, you’re paying for judgment and reliability: someone who finds the message in hours of recordings, keeps every cut on brand and keeps unreleased material private. Mark Studios puts the price, the dates and the NDA in writing before work starts.

  • Your footage stays private. Mark signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, keeps footage for 24 months so later revisions stay possible, and keeps the project out of the portfolio when you ask in writing.
  • On brand, in every format. Your brand guide is kept in a brand profile, exports come back in every aspect ratio you need, and Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro project files come back when you ask before the project starts.
  • One accountable person. Every project runs through Mark Santos, and Mark Studios is Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ rating, 8,000+ orders and 99% on-time delivery. When the next video needs filming, Mark films on site in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties.

Mark Studios is Mark Santos’ founder-led studio in Palm Beach County, Florida, and its corporate and B2B video editing is built for companies that already have the footage: explainers and product demos, internal comms and training, executive interviews, event and conference recaps, customer testimonials and webinar cutdowns. You upload the raw footage, your brand guide and a reference or two, get a fixed quote with scope, formats and delivery dates before work starts, and review the first cut with timestamped notes. Your house style is kept in a brand profile, and finished exports come back in every aspect ratio you need, with captions in SRT or VTT on request. Mark signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, keeps the project out of the portfolio when you ask in writing, and keeps footage for 24 months so later revisions stay possible. When the next video needs filming, Mark also films and photographs on site across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, and travels for shoots elsewhere, quoted per trip.

Pros

  • A free mutual NDA, a portfolio carve-out and 24-month footage retention, in writing
  • Every project runs through Mark, with a fixed quote before work starts
  • Can film the next video on site in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties

Good to know

  • Standard first cuts take 5–7 business days; faster delivery costs more
  • 3 revision rounds per order, not unlimited
  • Project files are a paid add-on, requested before the project starts

Fiverr is a marketplace: you compare freelancers’ portfolios, prices and delivery times and pay per order. Each seller sets the price, delivery time and number of revisions, and whether source files come with the order, so an NDA and a secure way to share unreleased footage are yours to arrange. Fiverr adds a service fee of 5.5% to every payment, plus $3.50 on orders under $200. Mark Studios sells on Fiverr too.

Pros

  • Many sellers to choose from, each with public reviews
  • Each gig shows its price, delivery time and revisions before you order

Cons

  • You check each seller’s NDA, file handling and source-file terms yourself
  • A 5.5% service fee on every payment, plus $3.50 under $200

Upwork works like a job board: you post the job, freelancers send proposals, and you hire hourly or at a fixed price, with payments held in escrow until you approve the work. Its pricing page lists a 5% client fee on the Basic plan (3% for eligible US clients paying from a checking account) and 10% on Business Plus, plus a one-time contract initiation fee of $0.99 to $14.99 on Basic; one answer in the same page’s FAQ gives the Basic fee as 7.99% instead. Freelancers are ID-verified and show reviews and work history.

Our Fiverr vs Upwork vs agency guide compares the two marketplaces with hiring a studio.

Pros

  • Hourly or fixed-price contracts, paid from escrow
  • ID-verified freelancers with reviews and work history

Cons

  • Fees on top of the freelancer’s rate, and the page states the Basic fee two ways
  • Hiring, briefing and backup cover are on you

Clipmasters is an editing subscription: you provide the footage, submit each request through an order form in Wrike, and a dedicated editor works through your queue, with a Creative Project Manager reviewing every cut before it reaches you. The Scale plan is $1,897 a month billed monthly, $1,707 billed quarterly or $1,581 billed yearly, with unlimited requests and revisions, Slack access to your editor, and turnaround of the same day for shorts and up to 2 or 3 business days for videos of up to 10 or 20 minutes; final videos are capped at 60 minutes. Enterprise adds a full-time editor at a quoted price. For marketing teams it lists product demos, testimonials, ads and webinars, and you download the project files with each finished video. Its own pricing page disagrees with itself twice: the plan card lists unlimited brand kits while the feature table caps Scale at 5, and the FAQ says requests run in parallel while the table says one order at a time. Filming goes through its Brandmasters team.

Pros

  • Project files with every finished video
  • Every cut reviewed by a project manager before you see it
  • Month to month, with quarterly and yearly discounts

Cons

  • Its pricing page contradicts itself on brand kits and parallel requests
  • Final videos capped at 60 minutes on Scale

A full-time editor is $2,950 a month. Its small-business page lists training and onboarding videos, testimonials and webinar recordings cut into highlights, and says footage over 45 minutes comes back within 72 hours, while its pricing FAQ limits raw footage to 45 minutes per video outside its Custom plan. Our Editvideo.io review covers its plans in more detail.

Shootsta is a Sydney-based video service for enterprise teams, with offices in Sydney, London, Singapore and San Diego. Its model is “You Shoot, We Edit”: your staff film with a Shootsta video kit or their own equipment, upload to its platform, and its editors apply your locked brand kit and return a first cut in 48 hours. Teams that already own cameras and have an editor can skip the kit and buy just the editing, animation and creative. It sells annual subscriptions only, priced in video credits from US$1,000 a month plus taxes depending on volume; every plan includes five rounds of feedback per project, unused credits roll over within the contract, and rush jobs are quoted separately. Files are stored in the region your data-residency rules require, and Shootsta Premier sends a crew for full productions.

Pros

  • 48-hour first cuts on standard edits
  • Your brand kit locked into every edit
  • 5 feedback rounds, and unused credits roll over

Cons

  • Annual subscriptions only, no month-to-month plan
  • The real price is set on a call, from US$1,000 a month

Vidpros sells editor time rather than videos: Part Time is $1,000 a month for 2 hours each workday (about 40 hours) and Full Time is $4,000 for 8 hours a day, month to month, and each editor works for no more than four clients. You upload footage through its customer portal and review on Frame.io; turnaround is 1–2 days, and revisions on videos submitted by the end of the US business day are done overnight. More than 40 GB of raw footage needs a call first. It edits in Premiere Pro and After Effects and uses templates for intros, end cards and lower thirds rather than custom motion graphics. The $100 trial week is up to 10 short edits or 1 long video, its home page says, and its pricing page says the trial converts to the $1,000 plan.

Our Vidpros review goes deeper on its plans.

Pros

  • A dedicated editor with no more than four clients
  • Overnight revisions on work sent by the US end of day
  • Month to month, with a $100 trial week

Cons

  • Output depends on how far your editor’s hours stretch
  • No custom motion graphics or animation

Increditors is a remote post-production agency for editing, color grading, VFX, animation and sound design. It says it handles almost any type of editing “except for live filming,” lists corporate documentaries, interviews, events and training videos among its formats, and says it doesn’t take low-resolution footage or under-budget projects. Corporate edits are quoted per project, with a free estimate based on how much footage there is and how much cutting it needs. For ongoing work it places a senior editor with you, managed by Increditors, from $4,000 a month for B2B companies.

Our Increditors review has the rest of its pricing.

Pros

Vidico is a video production agency founded in Melbourne, with offices in New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Dubai and Singapore, and it specializes in explainer and brand videos for B2B and tech companies. A simple edit or cutdown may take a few days; motion graphics, VFX or animation take one to three weeks. Its pricing page shows a range only after a short quiz, and its corporate page puts most corporate projects at $3,000 to $50,000.

How to choose a corporate video editor.

Get these six answers in writing before you hand over a single recording.

  • Editing service or production company. If the footage is already shot, an editing service charges for the edit rather than for planning a shoot. Ask whether the provider takes supplied footage, in what formats, and up to what length or file size.
  • An NDA before anything is uploaded. Unreleased products, earnings calls and internal meetings need one. Ask who signs it, how fast, who can open the files, how long they’re kept and whether the work can appear in a portfolio.
  • Your brand guidelines, kept. Fonts, colors, logo rules and lower thirds should live in a brand profile or locked templates so every video matches without a new brief. Ask to see work cut to another company’s guidelines.
  • The pricing unit and the contract. Per project, per credit, per editor hour or a monthly plan; month to month or an annual minimum. Turn it into a cost per finished video for your real mix of recordings. Our corporate video editing cost guide shows typical prices by route.
  • Turnaround with several approvers. Find out when the clock starts, how long each review round takes and how many rounds are included, since comms, legal and leadership may all sign off.
  • Formats and handover. Captions in SRT or VTT, versions for LinkedIn, the intranet and your LMS, and project files if an in-house editor will reuse the work. Send one real project as a paid test before you commit a year of video.

How we chose these options.

Mark Studios is our pick, and we wrote this list. We also sell on Fiverr. No provider paid to be listed. Our row shows our published monthly plan prices; single corporate edits are quoted per project.

Who's included
We started from Google results and AI answers for corporate video editing services, including the companies AI assistants name when asked who can edit footage a business already has. We kept services whose own sites say they edit footage you supply, production companies whose own pages offer to work from existing footage, and two marketplaces. Editing services that sell only to creators, and animation-only studios, were left out.
What we checked
Each provider's own website, read on October 14, 2026: price model and published prices, turnaround, revisions, how it takes your footage and whether it films. Where a provider's own pages disagree, we say so. Prices change, so confirm before you buy.
How it's ordered
Grouped by what you're buying: a marketplace, an editing subscription, then agencies and production companies. Alphabetical inside each group. Mark Studios is listed first as our pick; the other options are not ranked against each other, and there are no scores.
What the data says

In Wyzowl’s 2026 survey, 59% of video marketers made their video in house, 10% used only outside vendors and 32% mixed both. Across 6,358 completed standalone Mark Studios orders from 2023 to 2026, the median was due 6 days after it was placed. More in our video editing outsourcing benchmarks.

Frequently asked questions

What are the best corporate video editing services?

Our pick is Mark Studios: Mark edits the footage you already have to your brand guide under a free mutual NDA, with a fixed quote before work starts, project files on request and on-site filming in South Florida when you need more. For an editing subscription, Editvideo.io (from $295 a month), Vidpros ($1,000 for about 40 editor hours), Clipmasters ($1,897) or, for staff who film all year, Shootsta (from US$1,000 a month on annual plans). For a quoted post-production partner, Increditors. For a production company that also edits existing footage, Lemonlight (Curated videos from $1,500), Vidico (post-production plans from about $5,000 a month) or Superside (from $15,000 a month). For one-off hires, Fiverr or Upwork.

Can I hire someone just to edit footage we already filmed?

Yes. Mark Studios, Clipmasters, Editvideo.io, Vidpros and Increditors all work from footage you upload, and Shootsta is built around your staff filming and its editors cutting. Some production companies take existing footage too: Lemonlight’s Curated videos and Vidico’s post-production plan both start from what you have. Check the limits first: Editvideo.io’s pricing FAQ caps raw footage at 45 minutes per video outside its Custom plan, and Vidpros asks for a call above 40 GB.

How much does corporate video editing cost?

Published prices, checked October 14, 2026: Editvideo.io $295–$995 a month for 4–22 videos; Vidpros $1,000 for about 40 editor hours or $4,000 full-time; Shootsta from US$1,000 a month on annual plans; Clipmasters $1,897 a month ($1,581 billed yearly); Lemonlight from $1,500 per Curated video; Vidico from about $5,000 a month for post-production, with corporate projects at $3,000–$50,000; Superside from $15,000 a month plus a $1,000 software fee. Increditors quotes per project, and Fiverr and Upwork freelancers set their own rates plus a platform fee. Mark Studios gives every corporate edit a fixed quote before work starts.

Should we hire a production company or an editing service?

If the footage is already shot, an editing service is usually the shorter route: you pay for the edit, not for planning and crewing a shoot. A production company makes sense when the story needs new footage or a reshoot. Lemonlight’s Curated videos (from $1,500) and Vidico’s post-production plan (from about $5,000 a month) sit in between, and Mark Studios can edit what you have and film what’s missing in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties.

How do we keep confidential footage safe when we outsource editing?

Get an NDA signed before anything is uploaded, and ask who can open the files, how long they’re kept and whether the work can appear in a portfolio. Mark Studios signs a standard mutual NDA at no charge, usually within one business day, keeps footage for 24 months so revisions stay possible, and keeps the project out of its portfolio when you ask in writing. Shootsta stores files in the region your data-residency rules require, and Editvideo.io says it uses secure file sharing. The other sites here don’t spell out NDA terms on the pages we read, so ask.

Is Shootsta or Mark Studios better for corporate video editing?

For most companies that already have footage, Mark Studios: a fixed quote per project or a month-to-month plan, a free mutual NDA, project files on request and one accountable person, plus on-site filming in South Florida. Shootsta suits large organizations whose staff film all year and want brand-locked edits with 48-hour first cuts on an annual subscription from US$1,000 a month.

Is Vidico or Mark Studios better for editing footage we already have?

For editing footage you already have, Mark Studios: a fixed quote before work starts, no subscription required, a free mutual NDA and Mark on every edit. Vidico suits B2B tech brands that want post-production, live action and animation from one agency on a monthly plan from about $5,000.

Can the same company film our next video too?

Mark Studios can: Mark films and photographs on site across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and travels for shoots elsewhere, quoted per trip, then edits the footage himself. Lemonlight has crews in 80+ cities, Shootsta Premier sends a crew, and Vidico and Superside shoot as part of full production. Increditors doesn’t film, and Clipmasters refers filming to its Brandmasters team.
