The Short Answer: What LinkedIn Ads Cost
LinkedIn ads cost about $4–$10 per click and $36–$85 per 1,000 impressions in published 2025–2026 benchmarks, and LinkedIn's own minimum is $10 a day. A click that actually lands on your website runs higher: a median of $17.54 across Kiin's 944-account panel. Kiin's medians put a B2B lead at $164 for a content offer and $343 for a demo request.
Those are other companies' published figures, read November 4, 2026, not ours. Mark Studios runs LinkedIn ad campaigns on request and makes the ads, and quotes each account, so there is no Mark Studios price on this page.
Ad spend is one of three bills. You also pay to make the ad and, unless you run the campaign yourself, someone to manage it. LinkedIn bills the first. The other two go to whoever does the work.
How LinkedIn Charges for Ads
LinkedIn has no rate card. Its pricing page says ads are sold through an auction, where your bid competes with other advertisers trying to reach the same audience, and the price to win depends on the bid and how sought-after that audience is.
What you're billed for depends on the campaign objective. Pick website visits and LinkedIn charges only when someone clicks through to your site. With manual bidding, an ad set is charged per click (CPC), per 1,000 impressions (CPM), per video view (CPV) or, for message ads, per send.
Here is what three published B2B benchmarks found:
| Source | Sample | Cost per click | Per 1,000 impressions | Cost per lead | Per video view |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kiin | 944 accounts, Sep 2025–Sep 2026, median | $4.19 (every click), $17.54 (landing-page visit) | $36.23 | $164 content offer, $343 demo request | $0.43 |
| Abe | 500+ campaigns, 2025 median | $7.63 | $85.24 | $932.18 (Abe's own lead definition) | $0.51 |
| 42 Agency | 87 campaigns, $5M+ spend, average | $10.11 | $60 | $276 | — |
They disagree because they measure different things. LinkedIn's own click count includes reactions, comments and profile clicks, which is why Kiin reports $4.19 per click and $17.54 per real site visit separately. A median and an average differ too: a few large accounts can pull an average a long way from the typical advertiser.
The audience moves the price most. In Kiin's panel, US targeting cost an $84 CPM against $50 in the UK, enterprise-only targeting $74 against $38 for small businesses, and audiences under 10,000 members $73 against $24 for audiences over 300,000.

LinkedIn's Minimum Budget and What a Month Buys
LinkedIn's budget best-practices page sets the floors: $10 a day for any ad format, and $100 lifetime for a new campaign. When you create one, Campaign Manager suggests $25 a day for new advertisers and $50–$100 for existing ones.
A daily budget is an average, not a cap. LinkedIn's budget pacing help page says a single day can spend up to 100% more than the daily figure, but a continuous schedule never spends more than seven times it in a Monday-to-Sunday week. With an end date, the total stays at the daily budget times the days: $100 a day through January tops out at $3,100.
| Daily budget | 30 days | Landing-page visits at $17.54 | Content-offer leads at $164 | Demo-request leads at $343 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10 | $300 | about 17 | about 2 | under 1 |
| $25 | $750 | about 43 | about 5 | about 2 |
| $50 | $1,500 | about 86 | about 9 | about 4 |
| $100 | $3,000 | about 171 | about 18 | about 9 |
That table is arithmetic on Kiin's medians, not a forecast. A new campaign rarely performs at the median in its first weeks.
The minimum is not a working budget. Kiin puts a working budget at $25–$50 a day for a content offer and $100 a day for demo requests, and Abe recommends at least $2,000–$3,000 a month for B2B lead generation. Below that, Abe says, there isn't enough data to optimize.
The Two Bills Besides Ad Spend
Running the campaign
- You. No fee, just your hours in Campaign Manager.
- A marketplace gig. A Fiverr search for "linkedin ads" returned 677 results on November 4, 2026. The 44 page-one gigs had starting prices of $10–$750, with a median of $77.50. Read each package for what it covers: a one-time setup or ongoing management.
- A freelancer or agency. Kiin's guide puts freelancers at $1,000–$3,000 a month, specialist agencies at $2,500–$10,000 a month as a flat fee, and enterprise agencies at 15–20% of ad spend.
- A published price list. B2Linked charges $3,000 a month for budgets under $15,000 a month, plus a $1,000 setup fee on a three-month contract. Above $15,000 it charges 20% down to 6% of spend, and it sells a one-time account audit for $2,000.
Put the pieces together and a modest program is a five-figure decision. Three months at $100 a day ($3,000 a month) with B2Linked's listed fee comes to $9,000 in ads, $9,000 in management and $1,000 in setup: $19,000 before anyone judges the leads.

Making the ad
LinkedIn's video ad specs allow 3 seconds to 30 minutes, but LinkedIn recommends 15–30 seconds so an ad qualifies for every placement in the feed and the Audience Network. Files run 75 KB–500 MB as MP4.
Video doesn't cost more per visit. In Kiin's panel, a video ad on the website-visits objective cost $11.66 per landing-page visit, against $11.33 for a single image. Choosing video over a still image needn't raise what you pay per visit.
- Edited from your footage. Our video ad editing cost guide prices ad edits per ad and per variant.
- From a demo or a customer. A testimonial video or a product walkthrough can be cut into a feed ad from footage you already have.
- Filmed on site. Mark films in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties (on-site videography) and cuts the ads from that shoot.
Before You Spend: A 6-Point LinkedIn Budget Check
- Name the one result that matters: site visits, content leads or demo requests. A demo lead costs about twice a download in Kiin's data, so budget for the one you want.
- Size the audience before you bid. Small, senior or US-only audiences cost more per 1,000 impressions.
- Set a working budget, not the minimum. Plan at least $25–$50 a day for a content offer and $100 a day for demos.
- Plan for weekly spend. A day can spend double the daily budget, so read the week, not the day.
- Have the ad made in two or three versions before launch, including a 15–30 second video.
- Get the management fee in writing, separate from the ad spend, with the setup fee, the contract length and who owns the ad account.
Where Mark Studios Fits
Mark builds, runs and reports ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, Google search and YouTube, with LinkedIn on request. The ad budget is paid straight to the platform, never to Mark Studios, and the fee covers the work. The ads can be made in-house as well: demo cuts, customer stories and short videos for the feed. Software companies can see the launch and demo videos we make on our SaaS video page. Mark scopes each account personally; ask for an ads quote and he emails a monthly price within one business day. We've delivered 8,000+ orders for 4,500+ clients and are Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ rating. We promise the work, not a number of leads, because nobody controls LinkedIn's auction.
The Bottom Line
LinkedIn ads cost about $4–$10 per click and $36–$85 per 1,000 impressions in 2026, and a real site visit costs closer to $17.54. The minimum is $10 a day, but a working B2B test runs $25–$100 a day. Add management and the ad itself, then judge the campaign by cost per lead, not by clicks.
