Best-of list

Best event video production companies in 2026

Our pick for events in South Florida, and for organizers with event footage to edit, is Mark Studios: it films galas, conferences and corporate events in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and delivers the recap, social clips, speaker cuts and full sessions 5–7 days later.

Our pick

Mark Studios is the best event video production company for most South Florida events.

An event is the one shoot you can’t redo. The keynote, the award and the moment the room gets up happen once, and the video has to serve the people who came, the sponsors, the people who missed it and next year’s marketing. Mark Studios plans the coverage backwards from the recap and edits it in-house.

  • Coverage planned from the run of show. A camera position set for each keynote, panel and award so no moment is caught from behind a table, with event photos in the same booking if you want them.
  • Every cut from one shoot. A recap film, 9:16 social clips framed on the day, a short cut for each speaker or sponsor and clean full-session recordings, delivered 5–7 days after the event.
  • Mark on every project. Event footage filmed anywhere is edited in-house too, with a 4.9★ rating over 8,000+ Fiverr orders and 99% on-time delivery.

How we chose these options.

We wrote this list and put Mark Studios first. Mark also sells on Fiverr, which is on the list. No company paid to appear. Shoots and edits are quoted per project, so our row shows the published editing plan prices.

Who’s included
We started from Google results for event video production companies, conference videography and event livestreaming, including the lists that rank for them, and kept companies whose own websites describe event work and loaded on the day we checked. We added two booking platforms, Florida studios, Thumbtack’s cost guide and Fiverr. We read ten more and left them out: streaming companies with no prices or delivery times, booking sites whose pages blocked us or no longer exist, a crew directory, an AV rental firm serving the western US, and local names with template or parked websites.
What we checked
Each company’s own website, read on October 15, 2026: where it is based and films, what it covers at an event, any published price or day rate, and its stated turnaround for the recap and the raw footage. Where a company’s pages disagree, we say so. Prices change, so confirm before you sign.
How it’s ordered
Our pick first, then five groups: marketplaces, national event production companies, conference and livestream specialists, booking platforms and Florida-based options, alphabetical within each. The companies after Mark Studios aren’t ranked, and there are no scores.
What the data says

In Mark Studios’ order records, the median completed edit ordered from January 2023 to September 2026 was due 6 days after it was placed, and 73.1% were due within a week (6,358 orders). On this list, published recap times run from the same day to eight weeks. Ask for the recap date in writing before you book, and plan sponsor and social posts around it. The order data is in our video editing outsourcing benchmarks.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best event video production company?

For most events in South Florida, Mark Studios: it films galas, conferences and corporate events in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and delivers a recap, social clips, speaker cuts and full sessions 5–7 days later. For crews in other US cities with published prices, Beverly Boy. For conference livestreams, Varvid. For trade shows in Las Vegas, Cerious Productions.

How much does event video production cost?

Published figures read October 15, 2026: Snappr $179 for the first hour plus $120 an hour and a 15% fee; Shootday about USD 350 for two hours; Thumbtack’s national average about $900–$1,025; Beverly Boy $1,800–$2,500 for one-person coverage delivered as raw footage; Lemonlight from $2,500; Cerious $1,500–$3,000 a day, or $4,000–$10,000 a day for recaps; Varvid livestreams from $4,999 per room per day. C&I, Brothers of the Lens and Miami Video Productions quote each event. Mark Studios quotes each shoot, and its editing plans start at $750 a month.

How long does an event recap video take?

It depends on what you book. Same-day reels: Candid Studios, Miami Video Productions and C&I Studios edit during or right after the event, and Beverly Boy sells same-day editing as an add-on. Standard recaps: Mark Studios 5–7 days, Candid 5–7 business days, Cerious 7–10 days. Slower: Lemonlight three to eight weeks and Beverly Boy four to six weeks for an edited video.

What should an event video package include?

At least a short recap film and the raw footage. Most organizers also want vertical clips for social, a short cut for each speaker or sponsor, and full recordings of the keynotes and panels for people who missed them. Add event photos from the same booking if you need stills, and agree every deliverable in writing before the day.

Do I need a livestream or just a recording?

Stream when people who can’t travel need to watch live, such as remote staff or a hybrid audience; record when the goal is a recap and session videos afterwards. Varvid, Beverly Boy, C&I Studios, Brothers of the Lens and Miami Video Productions all list livestreaming. A stream still needs a recording, so ask for the file in the same booking.

How far ahead should I book an event videographer?

Four to six weeks for most events: Brothers of the Lens recommends that window, especially for large events and peak season, while Cerious suggests one to two weeks before a trade show. Short notice costs extra at some companies: Varvid adds 10% under 14 days and up to 50% under two days. Send the run of show as soon as you have it.

Which event video companies are in South Florida?

Mark Studios is in Palm Beach County and films in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties. C&I Studios is in Fort Lauderdale, Brothers of the Lens and Miami Video Productions are in the Miami area, Candid Studios opened South Florida locations in 2023, and Beverly Boy lists its East Coast headquarters in West Palm Beach.
