Best-of list

Best photographers in Boca Raton, FL (2026)

For Boca Raton offices, medical practices, events and weddings, our pick is Mark Studios: Mark sets up on location, from a portrait station in your conference room to a hotel ballroom, can film video on the same booking, and edits every image in house, with a written quote per shoot. Booking a newborn, family or portrait session? Mark Studios doesn’t run those, so the family group below names who does, among them Naomi Bluth, whose newborn package is $650, NKB Photo, from $900, and Paulina Splechta, who photographs births at Boca Raton Regional.

How this list works: Mark Studios publishes it and ranks its own service, so this is not an independent review. Every other option’s facts come from its own site, with the date we checked (how we compared).

Our pick

For a Boca Raton office, practice, event or wedding, our pick is Mark Studios.

Boca’s advisors, physicians and corporate offices are judged by their photos before anyone calls, and a conference or a gala needs the room, the speakers and the guests caught without stopping the program. Mark Studios photographs both on location, can film on the same visit, and edits the whole set as one body of work. It doesn’t run newborn, family, maternity or couples sessions; the photographers who do are grouped below.

  • Practices, offices and teams. Matching headshots from one setup in your conference room, physicians, staff and facilities, and workplace photos, with consent forms and a review round where compliance needs them.
  • Events and weddings, filmed too. Conferences and galas at Boca’s hotels and clubs, and weddings, with video added to the same booking and edited to the same look.
  • Mark does the work himself. Top Rated on Fiverr, a 4.9★ rating, 10,000+ projects delivered and 99% on time.

Photographing in Boca Raton: what to plan for.

Four things that shape a shoot here, from the City of Boca Raton’s park pages, Palm Beach County Parks and the county film commission, read October 23, 2026.

  1. City beach parks open at 8 a.m. and charge visitors at the gate

The city’s Spanish River Park is open from 8 a.m. to sunset and Red Reef Park from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., so a sunrise session doesn’t fit either; South Inlet Park, a county beach park, opens at sunrise and closes at sunset. Parking inside the city’s beach parks takes an annual permit or a daily entry fee, which for a car is $40 on weekdays and $55 on weekends and holidays, and since October 1, 2026 the gatehouses take cards and phone payments only, no cash. South Inlet Park charges $4 an hour on weekdays and $5 on weekends and holidays.

  2. Leave the drone, the balloons and the confetti at home

The city lists drones, balloons and confetti of any kind, alcohol and smoking as prohibited in its parks, beaches and facilities, from Red Reef Park to Mizner Park, and Palm Beach County bans balloons at South Inlet Park to protect sea turtles. Dogs depend on the park: pets are on the prohibited list at Red Reef, while the city’s Mizner Park page welcomes leashed dogs and Spanish River Park has Bark Beach, an off-leash stretch for dogs with a Bark Beach Dog Entry Permit. Plan the drone shot, the balloon arch or the dog accordingly.

  3. Paid sessions in county parks need a permit; commercial shoots go through the film commission

Palm Beach County Parks requires a permit for a business to run professional photo sessions in its parks, South Inlet Park included: a daily permit is $50 plus tax for one session of up to three hours at one park, an annual permit is $150 plus tax, and either takes five business days to process. Photos for ads, catalogs or other published print in county parks are scheduled through the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, which issues free permits for public property across the county, from parks and beaches to streets and sidewalks, usually in three business days, against a $1 million general liability policy, and deals with the city on your behalf. A wedding ceremony at Red Reef Park’s oceanfront site is its own booking: $250 for residents or $500 for non-residents, 100 guests or fewer, before 9 a.m. or after 4 p.m., with insurance, and outside vendors need a city Special Event Permit.

  4. Sea turtle season limits lights on the sand

From March 1 to October 31, the film commission’s standard conditions for shooting on the beach allow no lights before sunrise or after sunset; tripod legs may go no more than six inches into the sand, deeper equipment needs plywood underneath, and any rut or hole gets filled and raked smooth. For a beach session in those months, book the golden hour and finish as the sun sets, or move a flash-lit evening portrait off the beach to Mizner Park, which the city lights at night and keeps open until 2 a.m.

Mark Studios is a founder-led photo and video studio from Palm Beach County, and Boca Raton sits in the southern part of the area it covers on location, which takes in the whole county plus Broward and Martin. Across that area it photographs brands and the people behind them, products for online stores and menus, real estate, restaurants and hospitality, events, headshots and team photos at the workplace, and weddings. Its Boca Raton photographer page centers on offices and practices: one portrait setup in a conference room for leadership and staff, matched later for new hires; physicians, staff and facilities, with patients kept out of frame unless they sign a consent form; workplace photos of real teams; and conference and gala coverage at the hotels and clubs where Boca holds its events. When a practice or an advisory firm needs a compliance sign-off, who appears is agreed before the day and a review round comes before final delivery. Video can be filmed on the same booking, and every image is selected, color-corrected and cleaned up before you get it. Its event proof is the Sovereign Self-Defense Keep America Armed gala of July 2026, photographed and filmed in the ballroom at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens and cut into a highlight reel, What Patriotism Looks Like in 2026; its wedding proof is a February 2024 Deerfield Beach wedding, covered from the first look and an ocean ceremony to the reception and delivered as four films plus edited photos. The site lists 10,000+ projects delivered and 4,500+ reviews, and Mark is Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ rating and 99% on-time delivery.

Samantha Borgos of Sovereign Self-Defense, whose gala the studio photographed and filmed: “It has completely changed the way that we do business.”

Pros

  • Photos and video from one booking, edited by one studio
  • A portrait station at your office or practice, working through the team between meetings
  • Consent forms and a review round for practices and advisors

Good to know

  • Not a family-portrait studio: no family, maternity, newborn or couples sessions (see the family, portrait and newborn group)
  • Quoted per shoot; no published photo prices
  • No studio to visit; every Boca Raton shoot is on location
  • No published photo delivery time; your quote sets it

Scope from our Palm Beach County photography and Boca Raton photographer pages; the gala is on our event videography page, the wedding on our wedding videography and photography page, and the quote is from our reviews page.

Headshot, branding and corporate event photographer with a Boca studio: quote per session

Not published; quoted by session type and headcount

24–48 hours

Annett Meyer came to the U.S. from Germany and turned a photography hobby into a commercial studio in Boca Raton; her about page gives 12 years of experience and training with Peter Hurley. Her FAQ names companies, law firms, healthcare providers and talent agencies as her clients and says she regularly travels to law firms, medical offices and corporate spaces in and around Boca, where she can set up a mini-studio in the office or stagger appointments at her own studio. She matches backgrounds, lighting and tone to a company’s brand guidelines so a whole directory looks the same, and suggests a white coat or scrub top for clinicians. An individual session takes 20–30 minutes, every final image is retouched, and the images arrive within 24–48 hours; she doesn’t release RAW or unretouched files. She also photographs conferences, galas, award nights and trade shows. Prices come by quote.

Pros

  • Images within 24–48 hours
  • A mini-studio at your office, or her Boca studio
  • One consistent look across a team, to brand guidelines

Cons

  • No published prices
  • No RAW or unretouched files

Michael Lloyd, a second-generation photographer and Certified Professional Photographer, founded Lloyd’s Studio in Boca Raton in 1986. It works from 1,600 sq ft downtown with eight or nine real rooms, a boardroom and a library-style living room among them, plus the stone walls and columns just outside, so an attorney or an advisor can get an office-looking portrait without booking a conference room. Its pricing page starts a basic headshot at $195 for one look and one retouched file, a medical residency headshot in the ERAS format at the same $195, and personal branding at $595 for an hour and three retouched images, with retouching included. For a practice or a firm the studio comes to you: its corporate page quotes a client whose team it photographed on location after scouting the office, and its group page handles staging and lighting for teams in a lobby, on a factory floor or in a ballroom. The same studio shoots products, real estate, children, families and beach portraits, and records podcasts and video.

Pros

  • In Boca Raton since 1986
  • Real sets in the studio, from a boardroom to a library
  • ERAS-format headshots for medical residency applicants

Cons

  • No published price for team or on-location shoots
  • No stated delivery time

Naomi Bluth has photographed newborns, babies, maternity and families in Boca Raton since 2011. Her newborn page aims for days 5–14 after delivery, when babies sleep most, and holds a slot from two weeks before to two weeks after the due date; sessions take 2–3 hours, with breaks to feed and change, in a private Boca Raton studio stocked with backdrops, blankets, buckets and bonnets, though her site menu still lists the studio as coming soon. The premium newborn package is $650 and includes parent, sibling and family posing, styling to your colors, 15 perfected images and an online gallery with printing rights. Family sessions run 1–1.5 hours at parks and beaches in greater Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach and Parkland and are built around games to draw out real smiles; she takes a limited number each month and usually books a few months ahead. Little-sitter, first-year and cake smash sessions are offered too.

NKB Photo is Nicole Becker, a Parkland-based motherhood and family photographer whose pages also place the business in Boca Raton and serve Boca, Parkland, Coral Springs and the rest of South Florida. Both start at $900. The fee covers a consultation, styling and her motherhood wardrobe, and professional hair and makeup is an extra charge for family sessions. Pros

  • Newborn sessions in your own home
  • Wardrobe and styling included

Commercial product studio for brands: priced by shoot time and image count

Most projects within 20 business days; rush for a fee

Michelle LaCruz Photo is a commercial product studio in Boca Raton that now works only with brands and agencies; its FAQ says it has stepped away from families, maternity, weddings and, most recently, headshots. It shoots e-commerce and Amazon listing images, from white-background and multi-angle shots to styled web images, plus beauty, food and beverage, model and lifestyle product work, in a studio with a cyclorama wall and a large prop collection, or on location. Pricing combines shoot time with the number of final images, with per-image contracts for higher volumes; a 50% deposit holds the date, and it asks for a shot list at least seven days ahead. Its pages differ on timing and size: the FAQ puts most deliveries within 20 business days and the studio page about two weeks, and the studio is described as 750 sq ft on one page and 1,200 sq ft on another. Spanish is spoken.

Pros

  • A product studio with a cyclorama wall
  • Per-image contracts for large catalogs
  • A Spanish-speaking team

How we built this list.

Mark Studios is our pick, and we wrote this list. No provider paid to be listed. Our shoots are quoted per project.

Who’s included
Boca Raton is a city of corporate offices, advisors and physicians, so the list opens with two Boca studios that photograph practices and teams, then covers the other shoots people book in the city: newborn and family sessions, brand and product work, listings and estates. Candidates came from searches for photographers, family and newborn photographers, and headshot, branding, product and real estate photographers in Boca Raton, run on October 23, 2026. We left out Alissa DeLucca Photography and Randi Rosen, for whom we found only directory listings and no site of their own; Photography by Patrick Novoa, whose Boca Raton studio page gives no prices, session lengths or delivery times; NIBA Studios, which describes itself as a Miami and Fort Lauderdale photographer, and Viviana Cardenas Photography, which is in Bridgewater, New Jersey, though both surfaced in Boca searches; and the Airbnb photo listings that came up, which aren’t photographers’ own sites. Warner-Prokos Photography, a fine-art portrait studio in Boca Raton, is left out for now because its site answers automated checks with a security challenge, so we can’t confirm its links load for everyone. The Mobile Headshot, which has a Boca Raton corporate page with prices from $59 a person, shoots headshots only and is on our headshot list. We kept the real estate group to two; Perfect Real Estate Visuals, which says it was born in Boca and lists interior and exterior photos from $120, and V1 Real Estate Photography, a Florida and Colorado company with a Boca page, also serve the city. Yelp, Fash and photographer.org are directories.
What we checked
On October 23, 2026 we read each photographer’s own site for where it’s based, the sessions it offers, published prices, delivery and what a session includes, and the City of Boca Raton, Palm Beach County Parks and county film commission pages behind the planning section. Where a site’s own pages disagree, we say so.
How it’s ordered
By kind of shoot: headshots and teams; family, portrait and newborn; branding and business; real estate; then marketplaces, with weddings pointed to our wedding list. Alphabetical inside each group. Mark Studios is listed first as our pick; the others are not ranked against each other, and there are no scores.
What the data says

Published starting prices in Boca Raton depend on the kind of shoot. A studio headshot starts at $195 at Lloyd’s, and a personal-brand session at $595 there or $700 for Moments by LP’s two hours with three videos. Newborn packages run from $650 at Naomi Bluth to $900 at NKB Photo, and a vacation shoot with Flytographer starts at $325. Listing photos are the cheapest work here, at $165 for unlimited HDR photos from Boca Raton Studio.
