How Much Does Real Estate Videography Cost in 2026? Listing Video, Drone and Package Prices

The Short Answer: Real Estate Videography Cost

Real estate videography costs about $220–$900 per listing for a typical home in 2026. HomeJab, a national service, starts listing video at $220. In South Florida, six companies that publish prices charge $499–$900 for photos, a listing video and drone coverage on a 2,000-square-foot home (median $675), and a one-minute listing video booked on its own starts at $369. Luxury tours with the agent on camera start at about $2,100.

Those are other companies' published prices, read October 19, 2026, not ours. Mark Studios films and photographs listings across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and quotes each property, so there is no Mark Studios price on this page.

The demand gap is the reason it's worth pricing properly. In NAR's 2025 Technology Survey, 52% of REALTORS® say they use drone photos or video, but in its 2025 Generational Trends report only 12% of sellers say their agent marketed the home with video. Our real estate video statistics page collects the rest of the numbers.

Published Prices: Photos, Video and Drone in One Visit

Most listing videographers don't sell video alone. They sell a visit: photos, a walkthrough video and aerials, priced by the home's square footage. Here's what that visit costs for a home of about 2,000 square feet at six South Florida companies that put their prices online.

For a home of about 2,000 square feet, six South Florida companies publish packages with photos, a listing video and drone coverage at $499 (Estate Shutter FL), $549 (GoPhotos), $650 (Cloud View), $700 (Driven Exposure Media), $889 (Flylisted) and $900 (Pinnacle), a median of $675 (read October 19, 2026).

The spread is mostly about what comes with the video. The $499–$549 packages pair a walkthrough with photos and aerials, and GoPhotos adds a Zillow 3D tour. The $889–$900 packages add a vertical social video and, at Pinnacle, a 3D tour and a real twilight shoot. HomeJab's 2023 pricing guide explains why bundles win: a walkthrough booked alone ran $200–$250, but added to a photo shoot it was a $50–$100 add-on, because the photographer is already at the house.

What a Listing Video Costs on Its Own

If you already have photos, you can book the video alone. Flylisted publishes three video products, each priced by square footage:

  • Highlight video, a one-minute reel: $369 under 2,000 sq ft, up to $469 at 3,000–4,999, then $50 per extra 2,000 sq ft.
  • Cinematic video, 1–2 minutes: $469 under 2,000 sq ft, rising $50–$60 a band to $889 at 9,000–14,999.
  • Luxury video tour, 2–3 minutes: $629 under 2,000 sq ft to $839 at 5,000–5,999, then $50 per extra 1,000 sq ft.
Flylisted's published price for one 1–2 minute cinematic listing video rises with the home's size: $469 under 2,000 square feet, $519 in the 2,000s, $579 in the 3,000s and on up to $889 for 9,000–14,999 square feet (read October 19, 2026).

What Moves the Price

Published add-on prices for a listing video: a social reel $150 and up, an agent intro and outro $159, 30 seconds of drone video $209, drone twilight video $259 and up, lifestyle scenes $150–$450 and agent narration $419 (Flylisted and Driven Exposure Media, read October 19, 2026).

  • Square footage. It sets the base price almost everywhere. Bigger homes take longer to light, shoot and cut.
  • Length and style. A one-minute highlight costs less than a two-minute cinematic tour, and a three-minute luxury tour costs more again.
  • Drone footage. A commercial flight needs an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107. Most agents buy the flight: NAR's 2023 Member Profile found 43% hire a professional drone operator and 7% fly one themselves. In Palm Beach County, Estate Shutter checks Palm Beach International's airspace and the VIP flight restrictions over Palm Beach island before every aerial and won't promise one in advance.
  • The agent on camera. Flylisted charges $159 for an agent intro and outro and $419 for a narrated tour.
  • Twilight and lifestyle scenes. Drone twilight video is $259 and up at Flylisted, and its lifestyle add-ons run $150, $300 and $450 by the number of locations.
  • Vertical cuts. A social reel is $150 and up at Driven Exposure Media, and some packages include one.
  • Travel and turnaround. Flylisted includes 100 miles of round-trip travel, then charges $1 a mile, and delivers video in 2–5 business days. Estate Shutter charges no travel fee across its three counties.

Shoot and Edit, or Edit Only?

If you or your photographer already shoot, you don't need a videographer at all. Editing footage you send costs about $45–$140 per listing video, as our real estate video editing cost guide shows. If you'd hire a freelancer for that, Fiverr vs Upwork vs an agency runs the fee math. For event and brand shoots beyond listings, see what a videographer costs in Palm Beach County.

How to Get an Accurate Real Estate Video Quote

Send these with your first message and every quote you get back can be compared line by line:

  1. The address and the square footage, which set the base price.
  2. The go-live date, so the delivery date is in the quote.
  3. The video you want: a one-minute highlight, a 1–2 minute tour or a longer luxury film.
  4. Whether you need aerials, and whether you already work with a licensed drone pilot.
  5. Every format you need: the horizontal master, a vertical reel and a branded and unbranded version.
  6. Extras on the same visit: photos, an agent intro, twilight, a 3D tour or a floor plan.

Frequently asked questions

How much do real estate videographers charge?

About $220–$900 per listing for a typical home in 2026. HomeJab, a national service, starts listing video at $220. In South Florida, six companies that publish prices charge $499–$900 for photos, a listing video and drone coverage on a 2,000-square-foot home, with a median of $675. Most price by square footage rather than by the hour, and luxury tours with the agent on camera start at about $2,100.

How much does real estate drone video cost?

About $200–$470 on its own in 2026. Flylisted charges $209 for 30 seconds of drone video plus $50 for each extra 30 seconds, and $469 for a one-minute aerial tour with 15–20 drone photos. Aerials usually cost less inside a package: Estate Shutter FL includes drone photos and video in its $399–$899 Standard package. A commercial flight needs an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot.

Is a professional listing video worth it?

For homes where the layout, water, views or neighborhood sell the property, usually yes; for a simple condo, great photos come first. NAR found 83% of buyers who searched online rated photos very useful and 29% said the same of videos. Video is still rare: only 12% of sellers say their agent used it, so a listing with a good video stands out in its price band.

How long does a real estate video take to deliver?

Usually 1–5 business days after the shoot. Flylisted delivers listing video in 2–5 business days, Estate Shutter FL lists 24-hour delivery on its packages, and Pinnacle delivers standard residential media by noon the next day, with more time for luxury and specialty work. Give the go-live date when you ask for a quote so the delivery date is written into it.

What is the difference between a highlight video and a cinematic tour?

Length, and with it the price. A highlight video is a one-minute reel, $369 and up at Flylisted. A cinematic tour runs 1–2 minutes and covers the whole home, $469 and up. A luxury tour runs 2–3 minutes, $629 and up. All three rise with the home's square footage.

Can I film the listing myself and pay only for editing?

Yes. If you or your photographer shoot the walkthrough, editing services cut a 60-second listing video from your footage for about $45–$140 in 2026, with vertical reels and drone edits priced on top. Shoot it steady and in the order a buyer walks the home, capture every room in landscape plus a few vertical clips, and send a room list with the footage.
