Best-of list

Best videographers in Delray Beach, FL (2026)

For most Delray Beach restaurants, bars, hotels, shops, practices and events, our pick is Mark Studios: Mark films and photographs on location, from Atlantic Avenue to the beach, edits every version himself with 5–7 day standard delivery, and quotes each shoot in writing. If you want a listing walkthrough at a price you can read before booking, a studio on Congress Avenue for interviews and headshots, or a crew on a published budget tier, the groups below name who to call instead.

How this list works: Mark Studios publishes it and ranks its own service, so this is not an independent review. Every other option’s facts come from its own site, with the date we checked (how we compared).

Our pick

Hiring in Delray Beach? Start with Mark Studios.

Most video made in Delray Beach is for the businesses on and around Atlantic Avenue: a menu or a season opening at a restaurant, a hotel’s rooms and rooftop, a gallery in Pineapple Grove, a practice that needs to be filmed with care. The rest is events, from charity nights to festivals on the Old School Square grounds. Mark Studios covers both and keeps the edit in house, so the person who plans the shoot is the one who cuts it.

  • Timed to the Avenue. Interviews and voice lines are filmed while the street is quiet; the crowd, the bar and the dining room are filmed once the evening fills them, and photos can come from the same visit.
  • Every version agreed in writing. The main film, the vertical posts, captions, color and sound are set before the day; standard delivery is 5–7 days, with an expedited date when a launch can’t wait.
  • Privacy settled before a wellness shoot. Who appears, what stays out of frame and how consent is recorded are agreed first, and your team sees the cut before anything is posted.

Filming in Delray Beach: what to plan for.

Four things that shape a shoot in Delray Beach, from the City, the county film office, Old School Square, the Morikami, Boca Raton Airport and the FAA, read October 23, 2026.

  1. Streets, parks and the beach: a free permit, filed through the county

The City of Delray Beach requires a film permit for any film, video or still photography shoot on a public right-of-way or other public property in the city, and sends applicants to the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, which processes them. The county issues permits for parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks and public buildings at no cost to production, asks for three business days for a standard permit (longer with road closures, traffic control or special effects) and requires a $1 million comprehensive or commercial general liability policy, or $5 million with stunts or special effects; if a boat, vehicle or aircraft is in the shoot, its staff will tell you what extra cover you need. A private location can need a permit too when the filming spills onto the road or sidewalk beside it, and the commission works with the City on your behalf. Mark which shots are on the sidewalk or street before you apply, since those are the ones the permit is for.

  2. Events and Old School Square: paperwork months ahead

If the shoot is part of an event you’re hosting in the city, Delray Beach requires a special event permit for every special event. The application goes in 90 days before the date, or 180 days for an Impact Event, with a $150 deposit and a site plan, and a certificate of insurance and vendors’ business tax receipts are due before the day. The City sorts events into commercial (paid-admission concerts and festivals), community (block parties, free festivals and concerts, the Green Market) and athletic. Old School Square, the restored school campus at Atlantic and Swinton avenues that holds the Cornell Art Museum, the Crest Theatre, the Fieldhouse and the amphitheatre, books its amphitheatre through an application that points to the same City process and lists $6,000 for the whole campus, $4,000 for the lawn and stage and $2,000 for the lawn alone, plus a mandatory $1,500 venue manager fee. Filming someone else’s event there? Ask the organizer what its permit covers before the day.

  3. The Morikami: commercial shoots on Mondays

The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens counts ads, catalogs, documentaries, music videos, commercials and television as commercial work. A commercial shoot is booked through its Facility Rental Department 3–7 days ahead, a certificate of liability goes to the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, and the museum makes the final call; it asks for a donation, paid at least three days before, and location credit on everything shot there. Commercial filming runs on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., when the museum is closed to the public, crews bring their own carts and hand trucks along the garden paths, and the museum’s exhibits and galleries may not be photographed at any time. A private after-hours photo session in the gardens is $250 plus 7% tax for up to three people for two hours, photographer included, with a $100 refundable deposit.

  4. Drones: Boca Raton Airport’s airspace is next door

For an aerial of the beach or the Avenue, the county film office requires a Part 107 remote pilot certificate (or a pilot flying under the direct supervision of someone who holds one), a registered drone under 55 pounds and FAA LAANC approval before flying in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet, with at least three full business days to process; flights run from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset. The nearest controlled field is Boca Raton Airport, just south of the city: the FAA defines its Class D area as the surface to 2,500 feet within 4.1 miles of the airport, in effect at the times set in advance by NOTAM and published in the Chart Supplement. The airport says LAANC now covers it, so authorization can come back in near real time, and calling the tower is no longer required. The nearer a location is to the Boca line, the likelier it sits inside that ring, so check the exact address in a LAANC app before the shoot.

Founder-led studio that films on location in Delray Beach: quoted per shoot

Quote per shoot
Stated delivery
5–7 days standard; expedited available

In Delray Beach, Mark Studios films the businesses along Atlantic Avenue and the blocks around it: restaurants, bars and hotels with a new menu, a launch or a weekend event to promote; boutiques and galleries in Pineapple Grove telling an owner’s story; wellness and recovery practices that need clear, respectful video with privacy settled before anyone is on camera; condos and homes near downtown and the beach for listings; and openings, festivals and charity events cut into a recap and clips while they’re still news. One planned content day can fill weeks of vertical posts. Mark films the talking parts when the street is calm and the crowd when it arrives, takes photos on the same visit if you want them, and edits every cut himself, from the main film to the vertical versions, captions, color and sound, with 5–7 day standard delivery or an expedited date. The studio is based in Palm Beach County and films on site across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties. Its closest published event is up the county in Palm Beach Gardens: the Sovereign Self-Defense Keep America Armed gala in the PGA National Resort ballroom, filmed and photographed in July 2026 and cut into What Patriotism Looks Like in 2026. To the south, a February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach was one booking as well, returned as four films and the edited photos. Across all its work, Mark Studios counts 10,000+ projects delivered and 4,500+ reviews, and it is Top Rated on Fiverr at 4.9★ with 99% on-time delivery.

From Samantha at Sovereign Self-Defense: “It has completely changed the way that we do business.”

Beverly Boy Productions

Best for: A conference, launch or festival on a published budget tier, with a crew sized to the job

Model
National production company with a Delray Beach page: six published budget tiers
Published price
Event snapshot $1,800–$2,500; interviews $2,500–$4,500; promo $4,500–$7,500
Stated delivery
Rush edits on request; no standard time stated

Beverly Boy Productions is a national video company, and its Delray Beach page describes Delray-based videographers with more than 20 years in the business and names the city’s own backdrops: Atlantic Avenue, Delray Municipal Beach, the Delray Beach Playhouse, the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens and oceanview rooftops. It warns that public spots such as Old School Square and the Pineapple Grove Arts District often need permits, which it arranges with the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, and that downtown and beach parking gets tight during events and the tourist season. Event coverage there runs from business expos to beachfront festivals, next to executive interviews, social clips, commercials, music videos and real estate walkthroughs with licensed drone footage. The budget menu on the page has six tiers: $1,800–$2,500 for a snapshot of a small event, $2,500–$4,500 for talking-head interviews, $4,500–$7,500 for a promotional video, $4,500–$10,000 for a live stream, $12,000–$20,000 for a brand story and $25,000–$50,000+ for a cinematic piece. It offers bilingual crews and Spanish-speaking talent, multi-camera live streams and rush edits, and says it can often take on a shoot within 24 hours.

Pros

  • All six budget tiers on the page
  • Multi-camera live streams and bilingual crews
  • Often available at a day’s notice

Cons

  • A national company that gives no Delray address
  • No standard delivery time stated

Model
West Palm Beach production house for events, brands and weddings: quoted per job
Published price
Weddings from $2,000 on Zola; other work quoted
Stated delivery
Not stated

Still Time Media started as two self-described camera nerds in Louisiana and is now a full-service production house based in West Palm Beach; its home page dates its current style to 2014, and its wedding page says it has made film-style wedding recaps since 2008. The event page covers multi-day events, executive interviews and quick recap videos meant to sell next year’s edition, or a full archive of every presentation, and it films concerts and setlists at any venue or studio with multiple cameras and clean audio taken from the mixer, a setup that suits an amphitheatre show or a downtown club set. Weddings get a documentary-style film, a longer highlight and a one-minute social cut, with drone shots available, and Zola lists its wedding coverage from $2,000 and shows it serving Delray Beach. The site calls its pricing transparent but doesn’t print it, and it also films promos, real estate and sports highlights.

Pros

  • Multi-camera concerts with audio from the mixer
  • Event recaps or a full archive of every talk
  • Wedding films with a one-minute social cut

Cons

  • No prices on its own site; the wedding figure is from Zola
  • Based in West Palm Beach rather than Delray

Congress Avenue, Suite 5, in Delray Beach, open 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays, and shoots on location across Palm Beach County. Much of its site is still photography (executive and team headshots, product catalogs for Shopify and Amazon, interiors for designers and builders), and its video production page sorts the work by client: interviews, explainers and facility tours for medical practices, physical therapy and chiropractic; recruiting, onboarding and corporate event video for finance, law and consulting firms; donor stories and event highlights for nonprofits; lifestyle product scenes and social-ready clips for retail brands; walkthroughs and designer interviews for builders and real estate; and speaker and attendee interviews at conferences and trade shows. Mile 1 Media

Best for: A month of social clips planned from one shoot day, with Delray prices published

Model
Palm Beach Gardens production company with a Delray Beach cost guide: a price range per job
Published price
Testimonials $1,500–$3,500; brand films $3,500–$8,000; content plan $3,200–$6,500 a month
Stated delivery
2–3 weeks standard; under 2 weeks adds 30%

Mile 1 Media is a Palm Beach Gardens studio that treats Delray Beach as part of its home market and adds no travel charge inside the county; its county page sums up the Delray and Boca work as Atlantic Avenue hospitality and retail, plus the Boca corporate and aesthetics market. A Delray Beach cost guide by its owner, Reagan Cotton, last reviewed September 25, 2026, gives the ranges it says match its published pricing: $1,500–$3,500 for a testimonial, $3,500–$8,000 for a brand or corporate film, $5,000–$15,000 for a commercial with talent and licensing, $3,500–$7,000 for event coverage, $800–$2,000 for drone work, $1,200–$2,500 for corporate photography and $3,200–$6,500 a month for a content system that maps out the clips before the shoot. The guide adds that an Atlantic Avenue shoot costs more than one in a western Delray office because the street is harder to control, and that its drone work is flown under the FAA’s Part 107 rules. A standard project takes 2–3 weeks, and anything under two weeks carries a 30% rush fee.

Pros

  • Delray prices published for each kind of job
  • One shoot day planned into a month of clips
  • No travel charge inside the county

Cons

  • 30% more for anything under two weeks
  • Based in Palm Beach Gardens, at the north end of the county

Zip In Media is a South Florida production company with location pages from Miami to West Palm Beach and an office at 150 East Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, and its Delray Beach page says it has made video for Delray and the surrounding communities for more than ten years. How we built the Delray Beach list.

This is Mark Studios’ list, and Mark Studios is at the top of it. No provider paid to be included, and our own shoots are quoted one at a time.

Who’s included
Providers whose own sites name Delray Beach or work there, found in live search on October 23, 2026 (Beverly Boy’s, Zip In Media’s and V1’s Delray pages, Mile 1 Media’s Delray cost guide, 4th Avenue Photography’s Congress Avenue studio and Angie Myers’ Delray site), plus Still Time Media, which Zola shows serving Delray, grouped by kind of shoot, and two marketplaces. We dropped what we couldn’t verify: the website of Advanced Aerial Productions, a Delray drone operator listed on Alignable, didn’t load; Hopemedia, a Delray wedding team named on WeddingWire, points to a placeholder page and WeddingWire blocked our checker; Cottage Video appears only as a Thumbtack listing; Danielle Imagery shoots restaurant and food photography from Boynton Beach but no video; StellaMix Studios, a downtown podcast and content space, is listed only on rental marketplaces; and Rimas Films, near the top of Zola’s Delray page, is based in Miami. Every Moment Content and Media Memories, both Delray-based on Zola, have no site we could find, so they appear in the Zola card. Wedding specialists have their own West Palm Beach wedding videographer list, and our Boca Raton event videographer list covers studios just to the south.
What we checked
On October 23, 2026 we read each provider’s own site for where it’s based, the shoots it takes, published prices, delivery and what a booking includes, plus Zola’s Delray Beach videographer page and Thumbtack’s Delray Beach and cost-guide pages. For the planning section we read the City of Delray Beach’s film permit and special event pages, the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission’s permit and drone pages, Old School Square’s amphitheatre rental application, the Morikami’s photography and filming rules, Boca Raton Airport’s drone page and the FAA’s Class D airspace rule for the airport.
How it’s ordered
By kind of shoot: events, concerts and galas; business, restaurant and brand content; real estate; weddings; then the marketplaces, alphabetical within each group. Mark Studios comes first because it is our pick; nobody else is ranked or scored.
What the data says

Published starting points for Delray Beach run from $250 for a vertical listing reel and $400 for a walkthrough with aerials at V1, and $500 for the lowest Delray-based wedding listing on Zola, through $1,500 for a testimonial at Mile 1 Media and $1,800 for a 45-second video at Zip In Media, to $1,800–$2,500 for a small-event snapshot from Beverly Boy and $3,500–$8,000 for a brand film at Mile 1 Media. Thumbtack’s national averages are $990–$1,260 for a wedding and $900–$1,025 for a typical hire. Our Palm Beach County videographer cost guide breaks local prices down by job, and the Delray Beach videographer page shows how a shoot with Mark runs.

Do I need a permit to film in Delray Beach?

On public property, yes. The City requires a film permit for a film, video or still photography shoot on a public right-of-way or other public property and routes the application through the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, which permits parks, beaches, streets and sidewalks at no cost, needs three business days for a standard permit and asks for a $1 million general liability policy. A private location can need one as well when filming affects the road or sidewalk beside it. If the shoot is part of an event you’re hosting, the City’s special event permit is due 90 days ahead, or 180 days for an Impact Event, with a $150 deposit.

Can I film at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens?

Yes, by arrangement. Commercial photography and filming are booked through the Morikami’s Facility Rental Department 3–7 days ahead and take place on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., when the museum is closed to the public. A certificate of liability goes to the county film commission, the museum asks for a donation and location credit, and its exhibits and galleries are never photographed. A private after-hours photo session is $250 plus tax for up to three people for two hours.

Can I fly a drone in Delray Beach?

With planning. The county film office requires a Part 107 remote pilot certificate, a registered drone under 55 pounds and LAANC approval for any flight in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet, plus at least three full business days. Boca Raton Airport’s Class D area reaches 4.1 miles from the field and up to 2,500 feet while it’s in effect, so locations toward the south of the city can fall inside it; the airport is covered by LAANC, and pilots no longer need to call the tower.

What does it take to film an event at Old School Square?

Old School Square’s amphitheatre rental application ties a booking to the City’s special event permit, which is due 90 days before the event (180 for an Impact Event) with a $150 deposit and a site plan, and a certificate of insurance before the day. Rates on the application run from $2,000 for the amphitheatre lawn to $6,000 for the whole campus, plus a $1,500 venue manager fee. If you’re the videographer rather than the host, confirm with the organizer what its permit covers, and get a film permit for anything shot on the street outside.

Who films restaurants and hotels on Atlantic Avenue?

Mark Studios films restaurants, bars and hotels for menus, launches and social, shooting interviews while the street is quiet and the room once it fills. Mile 1 Media names Atlantic Avenue hospitality and retail as its Delray work and plans a month of clips from one shoot day; 4th Avenue Photography shoots lifestyle and product scenes and social clips from its Congress Avenue studio; and Beverly Boy Productions makes short promos for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

Beverly Boy or Mark Studios: which is better?

It depends on the job. Beverly Boy is the better fit when you want a crew sized to a published budget tier, a multi-camera live stream or a bilingual team, with tiers from $1,800 for a small event. Mark Studios is the better fit for a Delray restaurant, hotel, shop or practice that wants filming, photos and every edit from one person, with the versions agreed in writing before the day and 5–7 day standard delivery.

Does Mark Studios film weddings in Delray Beach?

Yes. Mark films and photographs weddings in Delray Beach as part of his Palm Beach County coverage and edits both himself; a February 2024 Deerfield Beach wedding came back from one booking as four films and the edited photos. Each wedding is quoted in writing; see wedding videography in Palm Beach County, or our West Palm Beach wedding videographer list for specialists.
