Best-of list

Best videographers in Boynton Beach, FL (2026)

For most Boynton Beach contractors, marina operators, practices and local events, our pick is Mark Studios: Mark films on the job site, at the dock or in the office, cuts every version himself in 5–7 days as standard, and puts each quote in writing. If you need a sound stage with its own camera package, a listing video for a gated golf community, a boat shoot priced by the foot or a wedding package with the hours listed, the groups below point you to someone else.

How this list works: Mark Studios publishes it and ranks its own service, so this is not an independent review. Every other option’s facts come from its own site, with the date we checked (how we compared).

Our pick

Hiring in Boynton Beach? Start with Mark Studios.

Much of the video Boynton Beach businesses need is filmed where the work happens: a roof going on, a pool being finished, a dive boat heading out of Boynton Harbor Marina for the inlet, a dental practice introducing its team. Mark Studios films those jobs as they happen and keeps the edit in house, so whoever lines up the shots is also the one cutting them.

  • Built around the job, not over it. Camera positions and timing are agreed with your site lead first, the owner’s interview is recorded at a quiet moment, and house numbers and personal details stay out of frame.
  • Dockside now, on the water by arrangement. Filming at the slip is easy to book; anything under way is planned with the operator, and underwater clips your own divers shoot can be color-corrected and cut in.
  • One editor for every version. The main film, the weekly vertical cuts, captions, color and sound are agreed in writing before the shoot; standard delivery is 5–7 days, with an expedited date when you need one.

Filming in Boynton Beach: what to plan for.

What a Boynton Beach shoot runs into, taken from the county film office, the City, the Schoolhouse Children’s Museum, the county airports department and the FAA on October 23, 2026.

  1. Public property: one free county permit

Shoots on public land in Boynton Beach go through the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission. It issues free permits for public parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks and buildings across the county and deals with the City’s own contacts on your behalf. Allow three business days for a standard permit, and longer for road closures, traffic control or special effects. The commission asks for a general liability policy of $1 million, comprehensive or commercial ($5 million with stunts or special effects), and bringing a boat, car or aircraft into the shot means talking to its staff about added insurance, which is worth doing before a charter shoot. Private property can need a permit too when filming affects an adjacent road or sidewalk, so a job site with gear on the curb is worth a call, and an exterior scene with traffic control, prop firearms or actors in police uniforms gets local officers assigned at the production’s cost.

  2. City events, venues and the children’s museum

An event you host on City property needs a City special event permit, requested by email through Recreation & Parks, and the City requires event insurance for every permitted event on its property, for anyone renting a City building, for pavilion bookings over 60 people and for wedding ceremonies on the beach; without your own certificate of insurance, cover has to be bought through its GatherGuard program at least 30 days before the date. Through an online inquiry form the City rents the Boynton Beach Arts and Cultural Center (an event hall, a dance studio, classrooms, art and pottery studios, the Kapok Courtyard and two patios) and the Historic Woman’s Club, a National Historic Preservation Site with valet parking included. The Schoolhouse Children’s Museum hosts two-hour birthday parties ($350 for up to 30 guests on Saturdays, $475 on Sundays with the museum to yourselves) and rents the entire museum on Sundays and Mondays. Its own policy says the museum may photograph and film visitors, so if you bring a videographer, settle with the coordinator which families are happy to be on camera.

  3. The marina and the beach: turtle season runs to October 31

Boynton Harbor Marina, half a mile south of the Boynton Inlet, is home to fishing and drift-fishing charters, scuba charters, jet-ski and boat rentals and waterfront dining, so filming a trip is arranged with the operator whose boat it is. Oceanfront Park, the City’s beach on North Ocean Boulevard in Ocean Ridge, is open from sunrise to 9 p.m., with lifeguards from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and covered pavilions on the lower level that can be reserved. From March 1 to October 31, sea turtle nesting season, the county film office sets standard conditions for any beach shoot: no lights on the beach before sunrise or after sunset, tripod legs no more than six inches into the sand (plywood under anything that would go deeper), no street vehicles or heavy equipment on the beach, and everything stops if a nest is uncovered. The City also asks visitors to keep lights, flash photography and phones off near a nesting turtle, so in season, plan a sunset or night scene somewhere other than the sand.

  4. Drones: Lantana Airport and DJT’s Class C

Any aerial, whether of the inlet, a job site or a listing, needs what the county film office lists for drone permits: a pilot who holds a Part 107 remote pilot certificate or flies under the direct supervision of one, a registered aircraft lighter than 55 pounds, FAA authorization through LAANC for controlled airspace (Class B, C, D or E) up to 400 feet, and a minimum of three full business days for processing. Flying is limited to the window from half an hour before sunrise to half an hour after sunset. Palm Beach County Park Airport, known as Lantana Airport (LNA), sits on Lantana Road in Lake Worth, six miles south of DJT; it has no control tower, a busy mix of fixed-wing and helicopter traffic and several flight schools. DJT, between West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, is Class C airspace, and the FAA tells pilots to expect frequent temporary flight restrictions there for VIP movement and special events. A request through FAADroneZone rather than LAANC has historically taken up to eight weeks, so look up the exact location in a LAANC app well ahead and review NOTAMs and the TFR list on the morning you fly.

Founder-led Palm Beach County studio filming on location in Boynton Beach: a written quote per shoot
Published price
Quote per shoot
Stated delivery
5–7 days standard; expedited available

In Boynton Beach, Mark Studios films the businesses that work with their hands and the ones that work on the water: contractors, roofers, pool and landscape companies on real job sites, with the owner explaining what the customer is paying for; dive operators and fishing charters at Boynton Harbor Marina, filmed dockside and, when the trip is planned with the operator, on the water; dental, medical and professional practices introduced by the people who run them; and home-service, auto, fitness and family businesses, with customer testimonials filmed at homes or businesses with permission. One planned shoot can become a month of vertical clips, and underwater footage your own team shoots can be color-corrected and cut in with the dock and boat footage. Mark does all of the editing himself (the main film, the short cuts, captions, color and sound), standard delivery is 5–7 days or sooner on an expedited date, and he films weddings in Boynton Beach too. Mark Studios is a Palm Beach County studio that shoots on location in Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties. The nearest event it has published is north in Palm Beach Gardens, where in July 2026 it filmed and photographed the Sovereign Self-Defense Keep America Armed gala in the PGA National Resort ballroom and edited it into What Patriotism Looks Like in 2026. South of the county line, one booking for a February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach produced four films plus the edited photos. Overall the studio has delivered 10,000+ projects and collected 4,500+ reviews, and on Fiverr it is Top Rated with a 4.9★ average and 99% of orders on time.

From Samantha at Sovereign Self-Defense: “It has completely changed the way that we do business.”

Pros for a Boynton Beach shoot

  • Job sites filmed around the work, not in its way
  • Dock and on-the-water footage planned with the operator
  • Your divers’ underwater clips color-corrected and cut in

Good to know

  • No published shoot price; each job gets a written quote
  • No studio or podcast set; Mark comes to you (for a stage, see ASK Media Productions)

Stated delivery
Raw footage in 24–48 hours on the first two tiers; rush edits on request

Beverly Boy Productions works nationally, and its Boynton Beach page describes Boynton-based videographers and a gear list of Blackmagic, RED, Sony and Canon cameras, DJI drones, wireless audio and LED lighting. It names Ocean Ridge, Renaissance Commons, the Boynton Inlet, the Schoolhouse Children’s Museum and Oceanfront Park Beach as places it films, says public shoots in busy spots such as Boynton Harbor Marina may need permits, which it arranges, and builds buffer time around traffic near Gateway Boulevard and summer storms. The tiers on that page start with a one-person event snapshot at $1,800–$2,500 (six to eight hours, raw footage within 24–48 hours) and a two-camera interview shoot at $2,500–$4,500, then a 2–3 minute edited promo with three rounds of revisions at $4,500–$7,500 and a 2–4 camera live stream over four to six hours at $4,500–$10,000, up to brand packages and documentaries. What sets the page apart is its add-on menu: drone footage $1,000–$1,500, a second operator $1,000–$1,500, same-day editing $1,000–$3,000, closed captions $200–$500, a teleprompter with operator $1,000–$1,500 and studio rental $800–$2,500. It says it can often take a shoot within 24 hours and works with bilingual crews.

Pros

  • A price beside nearly every add-on
  • Live streams with 2–4 cameras on a published tier
  • Same-day editing available for an event

Cons

  • The two lowest tiers stop at raw footage
  • Gives no Boynton address; contact is a national toll-free line

ASK Media Productions

Best for: A commercial, video podcast or live stream shot on a Boynton Beach stage with in-house gear

Model
Boynton Beach production company and rental house with its own stage: quoted per build
Published price
Stage and facility $4,000 a day; crews and productions quoted
Stated delivery
A build and a price the same day; edit time not stated

ASK Media Productions is the only company on this list with its own building in Boynton Beach: a 6,600-square-foot studio and equipment base at 2110 Corporate Drive, run by its founder, Adam Kaplan, from which it also crews shoots in 28 US markets. The main stage has a 45-by-45-foot corner cyc that runs from white into green, a 14-foot lighting grid, a black curtain on a 360-degree track, 300 amps of power and a 16-foot bay door with room for up to three vehicles, alongside five modular sets, two green rooms and a soundproof podcast studio with three 4K PTZ cameras, ISO recording of each camera, a control room and a studio engineer. Stage and facility rent for $4,000 a day, and the cameras (Sony FX9, FX6 and FX3, ARRI ALEXA 35 and Mini LF, RED KOMODO 6K) and the lighting and grip are kept in the building rather than sub-rented. Beyond the stage it handles permits, crewing, casting and live streams, from LiveU backpacks and fly-packs to an OB truck, and its West Palm Beach page names campaign work for Nike, ESPN and Dunkin’. Send the details and it says you’ll have a build and a price the same day; podcast sessions are quoted, and a booking cancelled or moved with 24 hours’ notice is refunded.

  • Cameras, lenses and lighting already on site
  • Multi-camera live streams with remote client viewing

Cons

  • No packaged price for a finished video
  • A production-scale day rate for the stage

Mile 1 Media

Best for: A monthly run of social clips from one shoot day, with Boynton Beach prices published

Model
Palm Beach Gardens studio with a Boynton Beach cost guide: published ranges

Testimonials $1,500–$3,500; commercials $5,000–$15,000; monthly system $3,200–$6,500
Stated delivery
3–4 weeks from the first call; rush under 2 weeks costs 30% more

Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Mile 1 Media has a Boynton Beach cost guide that its owner, Reagan Cotton, last reviewed on October 19, 2026. The guide puts most Boynton one-off projects at $1,500–$8,000 and an ongoing system at $3,200–$6,500 a month, then breaks the jobs out: testimonials $1,500–$3,500, brand films $3,500–$8,000, a commercial with crew and talent $5,000–$15,000, event coverage $3,500–$7,000, aerial work $800–$2,000 and a podcast or interview session $1,000–$2,500. Its worked example is a Boynton med spa on a mid-tier plan of about $4,500 a month, where one shoot day in the office becomes eight vertical social cuts, a brand piece and a testimonial, and the next shoot day feeds the month after. A one-off usually runs three to four weeks from the first call to final files, and finishing inside two weeks costs 30% extra. The guide also says when it’s the wrong shop: a specialized set, union talent or a Miami sound stage.

Pros

  • Boynton prices for every kind of job
  • A month of clips planned from one shoot day
  • Says plainly which jobs it would pass on

Cons

  • Based in Palm Beach Gardens
  • 30% more for delivery inside two weeks

Published price
$2,200 (up to 1 minute) to $4,600 (up to 3 minutes)
Stated delivery
2–3 weeks from the production date

Zip In Media’s Boynton Beach page describes a fully mobile, owner-operated crew, with Brian, Aaron and Ezra overseeing each project from the first call to delivery, and says the city has been part of its patch since the company started in 2008. It writes for the shops and restaurants of the Ocean Avenue arts corridor and the medical, professional and corporate offices around Congress Avenue and the I-95 interchange, says it films medical practices with HIPAA-conscious habits, and answers yes to shooting at Boynton Harbor Marina. The page prices three packages, all shot by a single operator on one camera: a video of up to 60 seconds from two hours at one location for $2,200; a piece of up to two minutes with four interviews and four hours of filming for $3,400; and a video of up to three minutes with six interviews, two locations, a teleprompter and six hours on site for $4,600. Cons

How we built the Boynton Beach list.

Mark Studios wrote this list and put itself at the top. Nobody paid for a place on it, and each of our own shoots gets its own quote.

Who’s included
Providers whose own sites name Boynton Beach, its marina, its communities or its venues, read on October 23, 2026, plus the one production company with a stage in the city and two marketplaces, grouped by kind of shoot. We started from the Thumbtack, Zola and Eventective directories for Boynton Beach and the Boynton pages that Beverly Boy, Zip In Media, Mile 1 Media and V1 publish. We dropped what we couldn’t verify: Taverna Productions and Media, a Thumbtack lead, has no website we could find; S.H. Media, the one team on Zola’s first Boynton page that gives the city as its base, has no site of its own that we could find (theshmedia.com belongs to an unrelated sports-media company); Diego Stuart Films, which Eventective lists in Boynton Beach, names no city on its own site and shows only weddings; A Gezim Mavric Film’s site returned a server error; Media Memories, high on Zola’s list, says it is based in Brooklyn; Shannon Kelly Films titles its site for Sarasota and Miami; 360 experience, a Delray Beach video booth on Eventective, has only social pages; and All of the Above Films and VG Creations have Boynton pages of general copy with no work shown in the city. GigSalad and Peerspace blocked our checker, and Candid Studios’ Boynton page refused repeated requests. Nick Flicks, Erica Sade and Still Time Media also serve Boynton through Zola; they appear on our West Palm Beach wedding videographer list, and our Delray Beach videographers list covers the next city south.
What we checked
On October 23, 2026 we read each provider’s own pages for its base, the work it takes on, any published prices and delivery times and what a booking covers, along with Thumbtack’s Boynton Beach and cost-guide pages, Zola’s Boynton Beach directory and S.H. Media listing, and Eventective’s Boynton Beach videographer list. For the planning section we read the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission’s permitting, drone and sea turtle pages, the City of Boynton Beach’s event permit, venue rental, marina and Oceanfront Park pages, the Schoolhouse Children’s Museum’s party and visitor pages, the county Department of Airports’ Lantana Airport page, and the FAA’s DJT and drone authorization pages.
How it’s ordered
Grouped by kind of shoot (events and live streams; business, brand and studio; boats and marina; real estate; weddings; marketplaces) and alphabetical inside each group. Mark Studios sits first as our pick; the others aren’t ranked or scored.

Do I need a permit to film in Boynton Beach?

On public property, yes. The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission permits filming in public parks, on beaches, streets and sidewalks and in public buildings free of charge, needs three business days for a standard application and a $1 million liability policy, and works with the City’s contacts for you; private property can need one too if the filming spills onto a road or sidewalk. When the filming belongs to an event you’re running on City property, the City’s special event permit applies, and it requires event insurance for permitted events, building rentals, pavilion bookings over 60 people and beach wedding ceremonies.

Can I film on the beach in Boynton Beach during turtle season?

Yes, with the county’s conditions. Sea turtle nesting season runs from March 1 to October 31, and during it the county film office allows no lights on the beach before sunrise or after sunset, no tripod legs more than six inches into the sand without plywood underneath and no vehicles or heavy equipment on the beach; work must stop if a nest is uncovered. Oceanfront Park, the City’s beach in Ocean Ridge, is open from sunrise to 9 p.m., and the City asks visitors to keep lights and flash photography off near nesting turtles.

Can I fly a drone in Boynton Beach?

Yes, with paperwork. The county film office wants a Part 107-certificated pilot, a registered drone under 55 pounds, LAANC authorization for any controlled airspace up to 400 feet and three full business days to process the request. Lantana Airport (Palm Beach County Park Airport, LNA) on Lantana Road has no control tower and a busy mix of planes, helicopters and flight schools, and DJT’s Class C airspace often carries temporary flight restrictions for VIP movement and special events, so check NOTAMs and run the exact address through a LAANC app before you fly.

Who films fishing charters, dive trips and boats at Boynton Harbor Marina?

Mark Studios films dive operators and charters dockside and, when the trip is planned with the operator, on the water, and it can color-correct and cut in the underwater footage your own divers shoot. AH360 Photography covers boat and yacht listings across Palm Beach County at a per-foot price with drone and a walkthrough video, and photographs fishing tournaments from a chase boat. Zip In Media says it shoots at the marina for business videos.

Is there a video or podcast studio in Boynton Beach?

Yes. ASK Media Productions runs a 6,600-square-foot studio at 2110 Corporate Drive with a 45-by-45-foot white and green cyc, five modular sets and a soundproof podcast studio with three 4K PTZ cameras and a studio engineer; the stage and facility rent for $4,000 a day, and podcast sessions are quoted. Mark Studios doesn’t have a set; Mark films at your location.

Does Mark Studios film weddings in Boynton Beach?

Yes. Weddings in Boynton Beach are part of Mark’s Palm Beach County coverage: he films and photographs the day and edits both himself, and one booking for a February 2024 Deerfield Beach wedding produced four films and the edited photos. Every wedding gets a written quote; our wedding videography in Palm Beach County page explains how it works, and the West Palm Beach wedding videographer list compares specialists.
