Best-of list

Best videographers in Palm Beach County, FL (2026)

Wherever the shoot is in Palm Beach County, from Tequesta down to Boca Raton and out to the Glades, our pick for events, company films, listings and weddings is Mark Studios: Mark plans it, films and photographs it on location and edits every version in house, with 5–7 day standard delivery and a written quote for each job. Thirteen other options follow, sorted by the kind of shoot they suit and tagged with the town each one works from, and the By town section points to our city-by-city lists.

A note on this list: Mark Studios publishes it and puts its own service first, so it isn’t an independent review. Each other entry is drawn from the provider’s own pages, dated to the day we read them (how we compared).

Our pick

Hiring anywhere in the county? Start with Mark Studios.

Palm Beach County is 39 cities, towns and villages plus the unincorporated communities, and the work shifts as you cross it: offices and conferences in downtown West Palm Beach, clubs and resorts up north, practices and corporate parks around Boca Raton, listings on the water, and a winter full of galas and fundraisers. Mark Studios is based in the county, films in every part of it and edits each job in house, so the person who writes the shot list is the one who cuts the film.

  • One studio for the whole county. Brand films, interviews, galas, listings, content days and weddings, filmed on location from Tequesta and Jupiter to Boca Raton, and west to Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay.
  • Deliverables agreed in writing first. The main film, the vertical clips, captions, color and sound are listed before the shoot; standard delivery is 5–7 days, and an expedited date is available.
  • The editor was on set. On Fiverr, where Mark holds Top Rated status, his 8,000+ orders average 4.9★ and 99% arrived on time.

By town: our city-by-city lists.

This page compares providers across the whole county. When the shoot sits in one city, its own list goes further: the local studios, the rules for its venues and parks, and the prices nearby.

How a shoot with Mark runs in each town: West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

Filming in Palm Beach County: what to plan for.

Four things that shape a shoot anywhere in the county, taken from the county film commission, the parks department, the Town of Palm Beach and the FAA on October 23, 2026.

  1. County film permits: free, with three business days’ notice

The Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission issues permits for public property across the county, from parks and beaches to streets, sidewalks and public buildings, and charges productions nothing for them. Allow three business days for a standard permit (special effects, road closures and traffic control take longer) and carry $1 million of comprehensive or commercial general liability cover, rising to $5 million with stunts or effects; if vehicles, boats or aircraft are in the shoot, ask its staff what extra cover they need. Private property can need a permit too when filming spills onto the road or sidewalk next to it. Prop firearms, actors in police uniform and traffic control all bring local law enforcement onto the set at the production’s cost, which varies by municipality, and for a large commercial production the office suggests a pre-production meeting about three weeks out, no later than five business days before cameras roll.

  2. The Town of Palm Beach runs its own permits

The county commission doesn’t issue permits for the Town of Palm Beach and sends productions to the Town directly. The Town’s FAQ says a certificate of insurance for a filming permit isn’t needed until the Town Council has approved the application. Minor commercial filming needs general liability of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, with the Town named as additional insured; large-scale filming needs $10 million per occurrence, plus $25 million of marine cover if a boat is used and $100 million of aviation cover if an aircraft is. Guests or setup on public property, even a small, quick wedding ceremony or engagement at a park or beach, call for a special event permit from the Town Clerk’s Office. A drone needs nothing from the Town beyond what the FAA requires.

  3. County parks: a separate permit for paid photo sessions

Anyone can take photos or video on the designated paths and picnic areas of a county park during its hours, sunrise to sunset, as long as nothing placed there interferes with regular park use. A business holding private professional sessions there, such as engagement, proposal or milestone shoots, needs a parks photography permit: $50 plus tax for one session of up to three hours at one park, or $150 plus tax for sessions at multiple parks through the calendar year, with no more than three hours per park per day. Each permit covers one photographer, processing takes five business days, and Riverbend Park in Jupiter takes its own daily applications. Commercial work, from photos for ads and catalogs to TV spots, documentaries and instructional video, is scheduled through the film commission instead.

  4. Drones: Class C airspace and frequent flight restrictions

The film commission builds the FAA’s Part 107 rule into its permit: a registered drone under 55 pounds, a remote pilot certificate, LAANC approval in advance for flights in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet, flying only from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset, and at least three full business days to process. The county’s main airport, which the FAA lists as President Donald J. Trump International (DJT), sits between West Palm Beach and Lake Worth in Class C airspace, North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport is about 10 miles to its northwest, and the FAA tells pilots to expect frequent temporary flight restrictions for VIP movement and special events, so read the NOTAMs on the morning of the shoot. LAANC requests can be made up to 90 days ahead; airports without LAANC are handled through FAADroneZone, which the FAA says has historically taken up to eight weeks.

Every Palm Beach County option, with pros and cons.

Stated delivery
5–7 days standard; expedited available

Mark Studios is based in Palm Beach County and films on location anywhere in it, from Tequesta and Jupiter through West Palm Beach and Wellington to Boca Raton, and out to Belle Glade, Pahokee and South Bay. The jobs that come up most are company and brand films; interviews and testimonials; galas, conferences, launches and fundraisers, cut into a highlight film plus clips for each speaker or sponsor; listing films and walkthroughs for homes, condos and commercial space; content days that turn one session into weeks of vertical posts; and restaurant, retail and product shoots. Weddings are part of the work as well, with the ceremony, the speeches and the reception filmed and the photos taken by the same studio. Mark plans each shoot backwards from the edit, sets out every deliverable before the day, shoots stills on the same visit if you want them and edits everything himself, with standard delivery in 5–7 days or an expedited date. Shoots in Broward and Martin counties are covered too. The clearest example is in Palm Beach Gardens: the Sovereign Self-Defense Keep America Armed gala in the ballroom at PGA National Resort, which Mark filmed and photographed in July 2026; the highlight reel is What Patriotism Looks Like in 2026. A February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach, booked once, returned four edited films plus the photo set. Across all its work, Mark Studios counts 10,000+ projects delivered and 4,500+ reviews, and on Fiverr it holds Top Rated status at 4.9★ with 99% delivered on time.

From Samantha Borgos at Sovereign Self-Defense: “It has completely changed the way that we do business.”

Pros for a county shoot

A nonprofit page describes fundraising campaigns, capital drives, donor recognition and annual events, and The George Snow Scholarship Fund, quoted on its site, says KO-MAR made its first organizational video more than 20 years ago. In 2024 it opened a second studio in Frisco, Texas, with the PGA of America. No prices are published.

A few days to a few weeks, by volume

Quality Media FL is run by its founder, Misha, from Boca Raton, and works across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Its gala, awards and fundraiser page lists Boca Raton, Jupiter, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and Delray Beach among the places it covers, and its Palm Beach page adds hotel events, private clubs, golf events, waterfront venues and nonprofit galas on the island and around the county. For a formal night it plans coverage of arrivals, cocktail hour, speeches, award presentations, sponsor moments and group photos, and a simple headshot setup for speakers, sponsors or leadership can run during the evening. The price comes from a call about your date, venue and schedule, followed by a custom quote, and its home page says photos and films are edited within a few days to a few weeks, depending on volume. Weddings are handled by a sister brand, QM Weddings.

Its county page splits the work by area: medical practices and the PGA Boulevard corridor near the office, downtown West Palm Beach and the convention center, estates and Worth Avenue retail on the island, the winter equestrian season in Wellington, and hospitality and aesthetics around Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Gala season, November to April, gets a section of its own, with speaker audio taken from the board, a film to play before the ask and a cut ready before the next morning’s thank-you email. The ranges it publishes are $5,000–$15,000 for a 15–60 second commercial, $3,500–$8,000 for a 2–4 minute brand film, $3,500–$7,000 for event coverage, $1,500–$3,500 for testimonials, $1,000–$2,500 for a multi-camera podcast or interview and $800–$2,000 for aerial, with airspace near Palm Beach International and North County airports cleared during planning. West Palm Beach production agency: hourly and day rates
Published price
$300/hr (2-hour minimum); $1,500 half day; $3,000 full day
Stated delivery
First draft usually within 7 days of filming

Tasca Studios is a West Palm Beach video production and media agency overseen by its owner, Rodrigo Tasca, and his sister Camilla; it took its current name in March 2016, when its co-founders moved back to South Florida. Its cost page prints the crew rate for one producer, a cinematographer and a camera assistant: $300 an hour with a two-hour minimum, $1,500 for a half day of four to five hours and $3,000 for a full day of eight to ten. The same page puts a good brand video at $4K–$8K and a one-to-two-minute interview or testimonial at $2K–$4K. Its FAQ says a first draft normally follows within seven days of the shoot and that a two-minute corporate video with quick feedback takes about two weeks from the shoot to delivery. It has no studio, which it says keeps its rates down, keeps raw footage for 60 days and then archives it for five years, with a fee to retrieve it. It won a Silver Telly at the 43rd Annual Telly Awards.

Pros

  • Hourly and day rates on its site
  • A first draft inside a week
  • Scripts, animation and color handled in house

Cons

How we built the Palm Beach County list.

Mark Studios made this list and ranks itself first. Nobody paid to be included, and our own shoots are priced one quote at a time.

Who’s included
Providers based in the county, or with their own pages for its towns, that turned up in web searches on October 23, 2026 for videographers, gala and event video, real estate and yacht video, and podcast studios across Palm Beach County, sorted by kind of shoot, plus one freelance marketplace. Because the same companies work all over the county, several also sit on our town lists; their cards here are written for the county as a whole. We dropped what we couldn’t check: SailFish Films’ site gives only “Florida” as its location and its ProductionHUB profile blocked our checker; Palm Beach Video Productions’ site failed a security-certificate check and then refused our checker; Creative Video Production’s package page shows wedding DVD bundles with only one of three package prices; A Content Studio in Boca Raton turned up only on rental marketplaces, with no site of its own to verify; and Beverly Boy Productions is a national company with a separate page for each town, which our town lists already cover. Yelp, The Knot and LinkedIn are directories rather than providers, so Thumbtack is the one marketplace here.
What we checked
On October 23, 2026 we read each provider’s own site for where it works from, the shoots it takes, published prices, delivery and what a booking includes, plus Thumbtack’s West Palm Beach and cost-guide pages. For the planning section we read the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission’s permitting and drone pages, the county parks photography rules, the Town of Palm Beach’s FAQ, and the FAA’s DJT airport and Part 107 airspace authorization pages.
How it’s ordered
By kind of shoot: events and galas; business and brand; real estate; boats and marine; studio and podcast; weddings; then the marketplace, alphabetical inside each group. Mark Studios comes first because it is our pick; nobody else is ranked or scored.
What the data says

Published starting points around the county run from $185 for a listing photo collection and $350 for a walkthrough video at Lux Photo and Video, $300 an hour for a three-person crew at Tasca Studios and $550 for a center-console listing at AH360, through $2,090 for four hours of wedding coverage at Calypso Wedding Films, to $3,500–$8,000 for a brand film and $5,000–$15,000 for a commercial at Mile 1 Media. Thumbtack’s national figure for a typical videographer is $900–$1,025. Our Palm Beach County videographer cost guide sorts local prices by job, and the Palm Beach County videography page shows how a shoot with Mark runs.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the best videographer in Palm Beach County?

For most shoots in the county, Mark Studios: Mark films and photographs on location in any town, from Tequesta to Boca Raton and out to the Glades, lists every deliverable before the day, edits it all himself with 5–7 day standard delivery, and is Top Rated on Fiverr at 4.9★ across 8,000+ orders, 99% of them on time. By kind of shoot, the others are KO-MAR Productions for a live multi-camera event; Quality Media FL for a gala with photos too; Mile 1 Media for a commercial or brand film with the range published; Tasca Studios for a crew by the hour or day; Ed Zak Photo or Lux Photo and Video for a listing; AH360 Photography or MyCo Media Pro for a yacht; Lloyd’s Studio, Khanna House Studios or Wavelength for a studio or podcast; Calypso Wedding Films for a wedding; and Thumbtack for freelance quotes.

How much does a videographer cost in Palm Beach County?

From the providers’ own pages on October 23, 2026: Lux Photo and Video lists a listing walkthrough at $350; AH360 charges $550 flat for a center console up to 50 feet and $15 a foot for a motor yacht; Tasca Studios bills $300 an hour with a two-hour minimum, $1,500 a half day or $3,000 a full day; Khanna House Studios rents its studio at $85 an hour; Calypso Wedding Films runs $2,090 to $3,490 for four to eight hours; and Mile 1 Media prices brand films at $3,500–$8,000, event coverage at $3,500–$7,000 and commercials at $5,000–$15,000. Thumbtack’s national figure for a typical hire is $900–$1,025. KO-MAR, Quality Media FL, Ed Zak Photo, MyCo Media Pro, Lloyd’s Studio and Wavelength quote video per job, as does Mark Studios. Our Palm Beach County videographer cost guide breaks local prices down further.

Do I need a permit to film in Palm Beach County?

On public property, usually yes, and it’s free: the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission permits parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks and public buildings across the county at no cost, asks for three business days and a $1 million general liability policy, and can require a permit on private property when filming affects the road or sidewalk beside it. Private professional photo sessions in county parks need a parks permit instead ($50 plus tax per session or $150 plus tax for the year), while commercial shoots in the parks go through the commission. The Town of Palm Beach is the exception: the commission doesn’t permit filming there, so you apply to the Town.

Is filming in the Town of Palm Beach different?

Yes. The county commission doesn’t issue permits for the Town of Palm Beach, so a shoot on the island’s public property goes through the Town, where the Town Council approves a filming application before you file insurance. The Town’s FAQ asks for $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate for minor commercial filming and $10 million per occurrence for large-scale filming, with marine and aviation cover on top if boats or aircraft are used, and a special event permit for gatherings on public property, small wedding ceremonies at a park or beach included. A drone needs only what the FAA requires.

Can I fly a drone for a shoot in Palm Beach County?

Yes, with a few days’ notice and the right approvals. The county film commission requires a Part 107 remote pilot certificate, a registered drone under 55 pounds, LAANC approval for flights in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet and at least three full business days. The airport the FAA lists as DJT, between West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, is Class C, and the FAA warns of frequent temporary flight restrictions there for VIP movement and special events, so check NOTAMs before every flight. LAANC requests can go in up to 90 days early; airports without LAANC go through FAADroneZone, which has historically taken up to eight weeks.

Who has a studio or podcast set in Palm Beach County?

Three entries here are built around studio and podcast work. Lloyd’s Studio in downtown Boca Raton has a multi-camera podcast set for two to four people and streams live events; Khanna House Studios in Wellington rents a brandable podcast and content studio at $85 an hour plus a $50 clean-up fee; and Wavelength runs a video podcast studio on US Highway 1 in Jupiter, setting up the lights, cameras and audio and bringing in remote guests. For a large set, KO-MAR Productions has a 6,000-square-foot studio in downtown West Palm Beach. Mark Studios has no studio of its own; Mark films at your office, venue or property.

Mile 1 Media or Mark Studios: which is better?

It depends on the job. Mile 1 Media suits a business that wants a price range before the first call and a crew for a commercial or a campaign: it publishes $5,000–$15,000 for a commercial and $3,500–$8,000 for a brand film, with 2–3 weeks standard delivery. Mark Studios suits events, listings, content days and weddings where you want the person filming to be the one editing: Mark films and photographs on site, agrees every cut in writing before the day, delivers in 5–7 days as standard and quotes each shoot in writing.

Does Mark Studios film weddings in Palm Beach County?

Yes. Weddings anywhere in the county are part of Mark’s work: he films and photographs the ceremony, the speeches and the reception, then edits the highlight film, the full ceremony and the photos himself. A February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach, booked once, returned four edited films and the photo set. Every wedding is quoted in writing; see wedding videography in Palm Beach County, or our West Palm Beach wedding videographer list for specialists.
