Best-of list

Best videographers in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (2026)

For most Palm Beach Gardens galas, club and golf content, corporate and medical films, our pick is Mark Studios: it has already filmed and photographed a gala in the PGA National Resort ballroom, Mark edits every version himself with 5–7 day standard delivery, and each shoot is quoted in writing. If you need a club film from a team that works mostly for private clubs, a listing film with aerials from a helicopter-rated pilot, a medical or brand film with a price range up front, or a wedding film from a Gardens-based team, the groups below name who to call.

How this list works: Mark Studios publishes it and ranks its own service, so this is not an independent review. Every other option’s facts come from its own site, with the date we checked (how we compared).

Hiring in Palm Beach Gardens? Start with Mark Studios.

Palm Beach Gardens is organized around PGA Boulevard: company headquarters and medical device firms along the corridor, private golf clubs and communities to the north and west, and resort and club ballrooms with a full calendar of galas and corporate dinners. Mark Studios has worked a night in one of those ballrooms, at PGA National, and keeps every edit in house, so the person who plans the camera positions is the one who cuts the film.

  • Proof from this city. The Sovereign Self-Defense gala at PGA National on July 2, 2026: arrivals, the scholarship awards and the band, filmed, photographed and edited into the reel the client posted two days later.
  • Planned from your run of show. Camera positions, sound and venue access are settled before the day, and the recap, speeches, vertical clips and photos are agreed in writing; standard delivery is 5–7 days, expedited if you need it.
  • The same person from shoot to final cut. Mark is Top Rated on Fiverr with a 4.9★ average across 8,000+ orders, 99% of them delivered on time.

Filming in Palm Beach Gardens: what to plan for.

Four things that shape a shoot in the Gardens, from the county film office, the City of Palm Beach Gardens, PGA National Resort, The Gardens Mall, the Cognizant Classic, the county’s airports department and the FAA, read October 21, 2026.

  1. Streets, parks and public buildings: a free county permit

Filming on public property in the city is permitted by the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, which covers parks, beaches, streets, sidewalks and public buildings across the county at no cost to the production. Allow three business days for a standard permit, and longer when the shoot needs traffic control, road closures or special effects. You’ll need a $1 million comprehensive or commercial general liability policy, or $5 million with stunts or special effects, and a call to the commission about extra coverage if vehicles, watercraft or aircraft are in the shot. A shoot on private land can need a permit as well when it affects the road or sidewalk next to it, and for a large commercial production the office recommends a pre-production meeting about three weeks before cameras roll.

  2. Events: the City’s two permits

If the filming is part of an event, the City of Palm Beach Gardens has two routes. A special event, which the City defines as a temporary gathering that affects the ordinary use of a site, including vehicle and pedestrian access, is reviewed by Police, Fire, Planning and Zoning and Risk; the review takes one month for up to 1,000 people, two months for up to 5,000, four months for up to 50,000 and six months above that, and the permit fee is $160, which a nonprofit can have waived. Events on City property need a public assembly permit from the Recreation Department instead, applied for 60 days ahead for a routine Level 1 event and 90 days ahead for a Level 2 or 3 event that the public is invited to.

  3. PGA National Resort and The Gardens Mall

Much of the city’s event calendar happens in resort ballrooms, and the room’s size and layout shape where the cameras can go. At PGA National Resort, the PGA Grand Ballroom is nearly 10,000 square feet, divides into three rooms and seats almost 1,200 people theater-style; the Masters Ballroom is 3,330 square feet with an open-air terrace and takes 240 for a seated dinner; and Bella Lago, about 2,500 square feet with views of the golf course, holds wedding receptions of up to 250. The resort’s Champion Course hosts the PGA Tour’s Cognizant Classic, which returns February 24–28, 2027. The Gardens Mall is private property: its code of conduct welcomes personal photos and video but doesn’t let photographers film or solicit its guests or associates, and it sends professional or commercial filming, recording and drone requests to the Marketing Department in the Mall Management Office.

  4. Drones: a county airport nearby and Class C to the south

For aerials of a course, a campus or a home, the county film office requires a Part 107 remote pilot certificate, a registered drone under 55 pounds and FAA LAANC approval for flights in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet, plus at least three full business days; flights stay between 30 minutes before sunrise and 30 minutes after sunset. North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport (F45), the county’s newest airport, has fixed-wing and helicopter flight schools on the field, and its operators are asked to follow facility use restrictions set in an interlocal agreement between the City of Palm Beach Gardens and the county. The FAA places F45 about 10 miles northwest of DJT, the Class C airport between West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, and warns of frequent temporary flight restrictions around DJT for VIP movement and special events. LAANC requests can go in up to 90 days ahead, but check NOTAMs and the TFR list on the day.

5–7 days standard; expedited available

Mark Studios’ closest proof is in the city itself: Sovereign Self-Defense’s Keep America Armed gala in the ballroom at PGA National Resort on July 2, 2026. Mark filmed the arrivals under the entrance canopy, the scholarship awards and the band, photographed the room and edited the reel the client posted on July 4, What Patriotism Looks Like in 2026; camera positions and sound were planned from the run of show, and access was agreed with the venue before the day. Beyond galas and corporate events in resort and club ballrooms, Mark Studios films executive interviews, company films and internal communications for headquarters along the PGA Boulevard corridor; product explainers and expert interviews for medical device and life-science companies, edited to the claims you’ve approved; course and amenity films, member events and instruction content for golf clubs and pros; restaurants and shops around The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens; homes and club communities; and weddings. Clients have also sent in their own golf and medical-product footage to be edited, such as the Mulligans golf film and the LPT Medical product showcase. Mark cuts the main film, the vertical versions, captions, color and sound himself, with 5–7 day standard delivery or an expedited date. The studio is based in Palm Beach County and films on location across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties; a February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach was a single booking too, delivered as four films plus the edited photos. Across all its work, Mark Studios counts 10,000+ projects delivered and 4,500+ reviews, and it is Top Rated on Fiverr at 4.9★ with 99% on-time delivery.

From Samantha at Sovereign Self-Defense, the company that hosted the gala: “It has completely changed the way that we do business.”

National production company with a Palm Beach Gardens page: six budget tiers
Published price
Event snapshot $1,800–$2,500; interview shoot $2,500–$4,500; edited promo $4,500–$7,500
Stated delivery
Raw footage in 24–48 hours on the first two tiers

Beverly Boy Productions is a national video company, and its Palm Beach Gardens page is written about the city: it calls Downtown at the Gardens and PGA National favorite settings and names The Gardens Mall courtyard, the waterfront at Frenchman’s Forest Natural Area and the grounds of PGA National Resort as top locations. It says it carries full liability insurance, knows the permitting rules for venues and public spaces in the city, can often take a last-minute shoot and works with bilingual crews. The page prices every tier. A one-person “Snapshot” of a small corporate event or milestone celebration, six to eight hours on a single camera, is $1,800–$2,500, and a two-camera interview shoot with lighting and B-roll is $2,500–$4,500; both are handed over as raw footage within 24–48 hours. An edited 2–3 minute promotional video with a script, voiceover and three rounds of revisions is $4,500–$7,500, a multi-camera live stream for a conference or announcement is $4,500–$10,000, a brand package is $12,000–$20,000 and a cinematic production is $25,000–$50,000+. Drone footage adds $1,000–$1,500, same-day editing $1,000–$3,000 and a teleprompter with an operator $1,000–$1,500.

Pros

  • Every tier and add-on priced on the page
  • Raw files within two days of the shoot
  • Live-stream crews for conferences and hybrid events

Cons

  • The two cheapest tiers stop at raw footage
  • Calls its crew Palm Beach Gardens-based but gives no local address

How we built the Palm Beach Gardens list.

Mark Studios wrote this list and put itself first. No provider paid to be included, and our own shoots are quoted one at a time.

Who’s included
Companies that live Google results and the map pack showed for videographer searches in Palm Beach Gardens on October 21, 2026 (Falcon HD Videos, Palm Beach Video Productions, All of the Above Films and Zip In Media), plus providers whose own pages place them in the city or name its clubs, venues and corporate work (SailFish Films, Mile 1 Media, Ed Zak Photo and Beverly Boy Productions), grouped by kind of shoot, and two marketplaces. We dropped what we couldn’t verify: Timeline Video Productions appeared in the map pack, but we found no site of its own, only a WeddingWire listing in Deerfield Beach (timelinevideo.com belongs to a New York company); Video Productions By Rick Paladino has a Facebook page but no website we could find; VG Creations’ Palm Beach Gardens page is general copy with no work shown in the city; Web Nerds Media’s Palm Beach Gardens event page returned no readable text to our checker; Kylar Productions’ site places it in Jupiter and doesn’t mention Palm Beach Gardens; and Quality Media FL’s Palm Beach events page covers the county without naming the city (it is on our Jupiter and West Palm Beach lists). Yelp, WeddingWire and ProductionHUB are directories, so GigSalad and Thumbtack are the marketplaces here. Wedding specialists have their own West Palm Beach wedding videographer list, and our Jupiter and West Palm Beach videographer lists cover the towns to the north and south.
What we checked
On October 21, 2026 we read each provider’s own site for where it’s based, the shoots it takes, published prices, delivery and what a booking includes, plus PBVP’s Zola listing, SailFish Films’ ProductionHUB profile, BallenIsles Country Club’s home page, GigSalad’s and Thumbtack’s Palm Beach Gardens pages and Thumbtack’s cost guide. For the planning section we read the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission’s permit and drone pages, the City of Palm Beach Gardens’ special event and public assembly pages, PGA National Resort’s meeting venues, The Gardens Mall’s code of conduct, the Cognizant Classic’s site, the county airports department’s F45 page and the FAA’s DJT and drone authorization pages.
How it’s ordered
By kind of shoot: golf clubs, galas and events; business, brand and medical; real estate; weddings; then the marketplaces, alphabetical within each group. Mark Studios comes first because it is our pick; nobody else is ranked or scored.

Frequently asked questions

For a wedding film from a Gardens team, Falcon HD Videos, or for a priced wedding package, PBVP. For freelance quotes, GigSalad or Thumbtack.

Do I need a permit to film in Palm Beach Gardens?

On public property, yes: the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission permits streets, sidewalks, parks and public buildings at no cost, needs three business days for a standard permit and requires a $1 million general liability policy. If the shoot is part of an event that affects the normal use of a site, including traffic and foot access, the City reviews it as a special event: a $160 fee and one month’s review for up to 1,000 people. Events on City property need a Recreation Department permit filed 60 or 90 days ahead.

Can I film at The Gardens Mall?

For your own photos and video, yes: the mall’s code of conduct encourages them, personal social media included, but doesn’t allow photographers to film or solicit its guests or associates. Professional or commercial filming, photography, recording and drone use go through the Marketing Department in the Mall Management Office, so ask there before you book a crew.

Can I fly a drone in Palm Beach Gardens?

With planning. The county film office requires a Part 107 remote pilot certificate, a registered drone under 55 pounds, LAANC approval for flights in Class B, C, D or E airspace at or below 400 feet, and at least three full business days. North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport, home to fixed-wing and helicopter flight schools, is about 10 miles northwest of DJT, the Class C airport that sits between West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, and the FAA warns of frequent temporary flight restrictions around DJT, so check NOTAMs before every flight.

Who films golf and country clubs in Palm Beach Gardens?

SailFish Films works mainly for private clubs and resorts, with BallenIsles Country Club, Old Marsh Golf Club and The Club at Mirasol on its client list. Mark Studios makes course and amenity films, member events and instruction content for clubs and pros, and plans any aerial over a course with airspace checks and the club’s permission. Ed Zak Photo films homes in golf and club communities for their listings.

Mile 1 Media or Mark Studios: which is better?

It depends on the job. Mile 1 Media fits a company that wants a price range before the first call or a monthly content system, from a crew headquartered in the city, with a compliance sign-off built into its medical work; standard projects take 2–3 weeks. Mark Studios fits a gala, club event or corporate or medical film where you want the shoot, the photos and every cut from one person: Mark has filmed a ballroom gala at PGA National and edits each version himself with 5–7 day standard delivery.

Does Mark Studios film weddings in Palm Beach Gardens?

Yes. Mark films and photographs weddings in Palm Beach Gardens as part of his Palm Beach County coverage and edits both himself; a February 2024 wedding in Deerfield Beach came back from one booking as four films and the edited photos. Each wedding gets a written quote; see wedding videography in Palm Beach County, or compare specialists on our West Palm Beach wedding videographer list.
