The Short Answer: Wedding Videographer Cost in Palm Beach County
A wedding videographer in Palm Beach County costs about $1,100–$2,900 for one videographer covering 2–10 hours at published 2026 prices, and $4,000–$6,000 for two shooters, a full ceremony film or a longer feature. Documentary-style artists start higher: one West Palm Beach studio's single-shooter packages are $4,000–$4,700. On Zola's West Palm Beach search, the 25 videographers that list a starting price run between $500 and $6,500, and the middle one is $1,799.
Those are other vendors' published prices, checked October 10, 2026, not ours. Mark Studios films and photographs weddings across Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties and quotes each wedding, so there is no Mark Studios price on this page. For national averages (WeddingWire $1,799, The Knot $2,300, Zola's cost index $3,993), see our wedding video statistics.
Starting Prices on Zola, The Knot and WeddingWire
| Directory and search | Published starting prices | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Zola, West Palm Beach | $500–$6,500; median $1,799 | 25 of the first 30 listings show a price; 16 of them start at $2,000 or less |
| Zola, Fort Lauderdale | $645–$4,900; median $1,900 | Broward search, 25 listed prices |
| The Knot, West Palm Beach | $1,499–$4,199 for Palm Beach County studios | 172 videographers listed: Megaset (Boca Raton) $1,499, Still Time Media $1,900, EZ Visuals $2,000, Falcon HD Videos (Palm Beach) $4,199 |
| WeddingWire, West Palm Beach | $745–$2,000 | Palm Beach Video Productions (Jupiter) $745; Nick Flicks $1,100; Still Time Media $1,900; EZ Visuals $2,000 |

A starting price is a floor, not what couples pay. WeddingWire prints a second line on some profiles: Still Time Media starts at $1,900 and couples usually spend around $2,400, and Nick Flicks starts at $1,100 with couples usually spending around $1,650. That is 26% and 50% above the starting price (our calculation). It also explains why Zola's local median sits at less than half of Zola's own national cost index.

What Moves the Price

- Hours on site. Each extra hour adds about $150 at Nick Flicks and about $258 at Candid Studios between their 4- and 10-hour packages (our calculation). Count from getting ready to the last dance you want filmed.
- A second shooter. At VIDEO DEPT., going from one cinematographer to two, with the ceremony and speeches added, raises the 8-hour price, $2,495, to $3,995. Candid Studios prices a second videographer in each proposal. A second camera matters most during the vows, so both of your faces are on screen.
- Highlight film or full ceremony. A highlight film is a 3–5 minute edit set to music. A full ceremony or documentary edit plays the day in real time. Candid's two shortest bundles include one or the other; its 8- and 10-hour packages include both.
- Drone by a licensed pilot. A drone flown for work falls under the FAA's Part 107 rules, which require a Remote Pilot Certificate, and flights in controlled airspace near an airport need an airspace authorization first. Nick Flicks bundles drone footage free from its 6-hour package; elsewhere it is often a separate line.
- Travel. Candid Studios quotes travel fees upfront in its consultation. Ask what a second venue adds.
- Delivery timeline. Erica Sade's 8-hour package delivers in 6–8 weeks and its 10-hour package in 3–5 weeks, so faster delivery sits in the bigger package. Still Time Media guarantees every video within a month.
- Raw footage. Candid Studios includes the RAW files. At Nick Flicks raw footage is an add-on, free in its larger packages. One South Florida listing on The Knot sells raw footage only, within 24 hours, for you to send to an editor.
- Rush. Few wedding videographers publish a rush fee. Candid Studios lists a rush add-on that brings video to two weeks, with no price shown.
Wedding Video Packages Explained
| Deliverable | Typical length | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Teaser or social cut | About 1 minute | A short clip for Instagram and TikTok, often delivered first |
| Highlight film | 3–5 minutes | The day cut to music |
| Feature film | 10–30 minutes | A longer story with vows and speeches woven in |
| Full ceremony or documentary | Real time | The ceremony and speeches uncut, with clean audio |
| Raw footage | Everything recorded | Unedited clips for later edits |
If music matters, ask which version can be posted publicly. A first-dance song is fine in a private family copy, but a public upload can be matched by YouTube's Content ID, which our music licensing guide explains.
How to Compare Wedding Videographer Quotes
- Line up the same hours. Compare a 6-hour quote with a 6-hour quote, starting from the time you want filming to begin.
- List every film by name and length. At Nick Flicks the "cinematic film" runs 3 minutes in the smallest package and 15 in the largest.
- Count the shooters and ask how the vows are recorded. The officiant and the couple should each be miked, because wind at a beach ceremony is hard on a camera microphone.
- Check the drone pilot's FAA certificate and your venue's drone rules.
- Get the delivery date in the contract, plus any rush fee, and ask whether raw footage is included.
- Check the same vendor on more than one directory. Falcon HD Videos starts at $3,299 on Zola and $4,199 on The Knot; Palm Beach Video Productions starts at $995 on Zola and $745 on WeddingWire. Use the written quote, not the listing.
Red Flags in a Wedding Video Quote
- A starting price with no hours or films listed. You can't compare it with anything.
- No written delivery date. "A few months" leaves you with no recourse.
- Drone footage with no pilot named, or one who can't show a Remote Pilot Certificate.
- Highlight reels only in the portfolio. Ask to see one full ceremony edit, which shows whether the sound holds up.
- Raw footage only, when you expected a film. That works if you'll hire an editor; our guide to what wedding videographer prices cover explains that route.
