Deloitte AI360: webcam conversations, edited into a branded show
AI360 is Deloitte’s video podcast on AI for business, billed as “a 360-degree view of AI topics in 360 seconds.” Deloitte leaders talk over webcam, and its 33 episodes are on the Deloitte US YouTube channel and podcast apps; the last went out in February 2026. From October 2023 to September 2024, its producers placed 15 orders with Mark Studios for episode edits, a short and caption files.

How the work ran.
The brief
Each AI360 episode is a conversation recorded over webcam: a Deloitte host and a guest leader on one AI topic, from customer service to data strategy. The show already had its look when Mark Studios started: an AI360 sting, the Deloitte.AI360 header, green-framed video tiles and a countdown ring.
The job was the same every time: take 7 to 9 minutes of webcam footage and cut it into a tight, on-brand episode inside that format.
What Mark Studios did
- Cut each conversation to the format. 12 full episode edits, each from 7 to 9 minutes of raw footage, cut into the show’s format.
- Laid the graphics to what is said. In the episode above: name plates for the host and guest, callouts when the guest names a figure (“80% of data is unstructured”) or the key challenge, a slide that builds Data Modernization 1.0 against 2.0, and a closing panel of his steps. The layout moves between equal tiles and a large guest tile.
- Delivered captions. WebVTT caption files came with five orders, one of them a caption file on its own for an episode already edited.
- Cut a short. One short-form clip, from 13 minutes of footage, in April 2024.
The result
We don’t have Deloitte’s analytics, so we don’t quote growth. What the record shows is a year of repeat work: 15 orders, every one completed. Two episodes are named on the order record: generative AI in customer service, ordered on October 10, 2023 and published on November 14, 2023 as Season 1 Episode 4, and 2024 AI predictions, ordered on January 8, 2024 and published on March 7, 2024 as Episode 6.
The episode above went live on October 31, 2024 and shows 8K+ public views on YouTube (October 24, 2026).
What this shows
A company show has a set format, and every episode has to match it while the guests and topics change. AI360 kept one look across a year of episodes. That is the work a monthly editing plan covers for a business with a recurring show, and on one you work directly with Mark. More on video podcasts.
