The Short Answer: Real Estate Photography Cost
Real estate photography costs about $180–$310 per listing for photos alone on a typical home in 2026. HomeJab, a national service, charges $199 for 30 photos, and five South Florida photographers price a 2,000-square-foot home at $189–$309. Large homes run $450–$800, and drone photos, twilight shots or a floor plan add $75–$310 each.
Those are other companies' published prices, read November 8, 2026, not ours. Mark Studios photographs and films listings in Palm Beach County and quotes each property, so there is no Mark Studios price on this page.
Photos are the part of a listing buyers lean on hardest. In NAR's 2025 Home Buyers and Sellers Generational Trends report, 83% of buyers who searched online rated photos "very useful", ahead of detailed property information (79%), floor plans (57%) and virtual tours (41%).
Photo-Only Prices for a 2,000-Square-Foot Home

| Photographer | Area | Photos-only package | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GoPhotos | Palm Beach, Broward, N. Miami-Dade | Core listing photos, up to 4,000 sq ft | $189 | Listing photos; larger homes quoted |
| HomeJab | Most U.S. markets | Professional, 30 photos | $199 | 15 photos $179, 50 photos $259 |
| Driven Exposure Media | Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, Miami-Dade | Essential Listing | $200 | 25–35 HDR photos, 24–48 hour delivery |
| Cloud View Productions | Boca Raton | Interior Only | $225 | 20–50 HDR photos and a 2D floor plan |
| Estate Shutter FL | Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach | Basic, 1,500–2,500 sq ft | $249 | 30–40 HDR photos, 24-hour delivery |
| Flylisted | South Florida, New England | Photography, up to 2,499 sq ft | $309 | 25–35 HDR photos, editing included |
HomeJab's prices cover most U.S. markets; it adds a surcharge in high-cost cities such as New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. HomeJab's Premier tier runs $249 for 15 photos to $399 for 50.
Read the photo count before the price. These packages promise anywhere from 15 to 50 photos, and Cloud View's includes a floor plan, so the cheapest line isn't always the cheapest photo.
How Square Footage Sets the Price

Three of the six price by interior square footage, since a bigger home has more rooms to shoot and edit. HomeJab prices by photo count and Driven Exposure Media by type of home:
- Estate Shutter FL: $199 under 1,500 sq ft, $249 to 2,500, $349 to 5,000 and $499 to 10,000.
- Flylisted: $309 to 2,499 sq ft, $369, $419 and $469 for each band up to 4,999, then $50 more per 1,000 sq ft, reaching $749 at 9,000 and $799 for 10,000 and up.
- Driven Exposure Media: $200 for condos, townhomes and smaller homes, $300 for 40–50 photos with drone shots, and $450 and up for luxury and waterfront homes with unlimited images.
- GoPhotos: one $189 price up to 4,000 sq ft, then a quote.
So photos alone for a 6,000-square-foot home cost $499 at Estate Shutter FL and $569 at Flylisted, and Driven Exposure Media's luxury tier starts at $450, against $199 and $309 at those two for a home under 1,500 square feet, before any add-ons.
What the Add-Ons Cost
Here is what the extras cost at the same photographers, at published prices:
| Add-on | Published price |
|---|---|
| Drone photos | $100 at Driven Exposure Media; $175 for 15–25 aerials at Cloud View; $209–$309 at Flylisted; $249 and up at HomeJab |
| Twilight photos | $150 and up at Driven Exposure Media and Cloud View; a dusk shoot is $259 and up at HomeJab |
| Virtual twilight | $25 a photo at HomeJab |
| 2D floor plan | $75 and up at Driven Exposure Media; $179 and up at HomeJab; included in Cloud View's $225 package |
| 3D virtual tour | $150 added to an Estate Shutter package; $319 and up at HomeJab |
| Digital staging | $30 a photo at Estate Shutter FL |
Drone work needs a commercial pilot. The FAA requires a Remote Pilot Certificate under Part 107 for any paid flight, so ask whoever you book whether the pilot holds one. Virtual twilight and digital staging are edits to photos you already have, which is why they're priced per image and cost a fraction of a second visit.
Bundles change the math. Driven Exposure Media's $250 listing bundle adds drone photos, a floor plan and a social reel, which it says saves $75 over buying them one at a time. Once you also want a listing video, compare the photo, video and drone bundles in our real estate videography cost guide before booking photos alone.
How to Book a Listing Shoot Without Surprises
Send these with your first message and every quote can be compared line by line:
- The address and interior square footage, which set the base price.
- How many photos you need, or the photo count each package promises.
- The add-ons: drone, twilight (real or virtual), floor plan, 3D tour or staging.
- The go-live date, and whether delivery is 24 or 48 hours.
- Travel: whether the property sits inside the photographer's no-fee area.
- Usage: whether the photos can go on the MLS, your website, social media and print, and for how long.

The Bottom Line
