Pick by what you publish each week. We Edit Podcasts, a podcast specialist, charges $980/month for two edited video episodes. Editvideo.io (from $295/month) and Vidpros (from $1,000/month) cover episodes and clips on a subscription. Tasty Edits prices per video, Fiverr and Upwork suit one-off episodes, and Mark Studios quotes each show, with multicam sync and a clip set per episode.
We started from the services ranking lists and AI answers name for podcast video editing, then kept the ones that edit video (not audio only) and publish a price or a clear buying model. Recording and editing software is covered in the FAQ, not the list.
What we checked
Each provider's own pricing or service page, read on September 23, 2026: buying model, lowest published starting price and stated turnaround. Pros and cons come from those pages and from linked public reviews (Trustpilot, Reddit). Prices change, so confirm before you buy.
How it's ordered
Grouped by how you buy, from least to most managed: marketplaces, per-video pricing, monthly subscriptions, dedicated-editor hours, then agencies. Alphabetical inside each group. The order is not a ranking, and there are no scores.
Mark Studios is one of the options on this list, and we wrote it. We also sell on Fiverr. No provider paid to be listed, and we don't publish our own prices, so our row says quote-based.

Model: Marketplace · Starting price: Set by each seller, plus a 5.5% buyer fee ($3.50 more under $200) · Stated turnaround: Set per gig Best for: A one-off episode or a trial edit
Fiverr is a marketplace: you compare editors' portfolios, prices and delivery times, then pay per project. Only buyers who completed a paid order can leave a review, and Top Rated and Pro badges come from Fiverr's own vetting. For podcasts the spread is wide: one r/podcasting poster said “the gap in cheap to way overpriced is wide”. Disclosure: Mark Studios also sells on Fiverr.
Pros
Compare many editors' prices and delivery times side by side
No subscription: pay per project
Reviews come only from completed, paid orders
Cons
5.5% buyer service fee, plus $3.50 on orders under $200
Quality varies by seller, so vetting is on you. One creator called Fiverr “a hit and miss” before moving to an agency
Model: Marketplace · Starting price: Set by each freelancer, plus a 5% service fee (Basic plan) and a $0.99–$14.99 contract fee · Stated turnaround: Agreed per contract Best for: Hiring an editor for a recurring show you manage yourself
Upwork works like a job board: you post the job, freelancers send proposals, and you hire hourly or at a fixed price. On the Basic client plan the service fee is 5%, plus a one-time contract initiation fee of $0.99 to $14.99; Business Plus is 10%. It suits a show that wants one editor on a recurring schedule, hired hourly or per episode.
Pros
Hourly or fixed-price contracts
Suits a long-term, direct relationship with one editor
ID-verified freelancers with reviews and work history
Model: Per-video packages · Starting price: $327 per long-form video ($278 each in an 8-pack); shorts from $80 · Stated turnaround: 48 hours (long-form); 24 hours (shorts) Best for: Shows that want an episode and its shorts priced per video
Tasty Edits lists video podcasters among its use cases but has no podcast-specific tier. Episodes are priced as long-form videos ($327 for one, $278 each in an 8-pack, 48-hour turnaround) and clips as shorts ($80–$94, 24-hour turnaround), so an episode-plus-clips week can be costed upfront.
Pros
Public prices for the episode and each clip
48-hour episode and 24-hour clip turnaround
No monthly commitment
Cons
No podcast-specific plan or multicam details on its pricing page
Per-video pricing adds up for a weekly show with many clips
Model: Per-episode podcast plans · Starting price: $980/month for two video episodes · Stated turnaround: 72 hours Best for: Shows publishing 2–4 video episodes a month that want a podcast specialist
We Edit Podcasts is a podcast specialist with plans by episode count. Video editing (basic audio plus basic video editing) is $980/month for two episodes or $1,800/month for four, with a 72-hour turnaround. Audio-only editing is $440/month for two episodes, and a writing plan adds show notes and transcription. Its published plans don't mention clips, so ask.
Pros
Podcast-only focus, with audio and video editing in one plan
Plans priced by episode count
Audio-only and show-notes plans as well
Cons
Clips aren't listed in the published plans
72-hour turnaround is slower than some subscriptions
Model: Monthly subscription · Starting price: Plans from $295/month · Stated turnaround: 24–48 hours Best for: Weekly shows that want the same editor plus clips
Editvideo.io's video podcast service runs on its monthly plans, from $295/month, with a 24–48 hour turnaround. Its podcast page lists the same dedicated editor for every episode, multi-camera syncing, captions and graphics, and Shorts, Reels and TikTok clips cut from each recording.
Pros
The same editor every episode
Multicam sync and clips listed on its podcast page
24–48 hour turnaround
Cons
Video podcasts aren't a separate tier on the pricing page, so confirm how an episode counts against a plan
Model: Dedicated editor hours · Starting price: $1,000/month (editor 2 hrs each workday) · Stated turnaround: Overnight on Part Time, depending on complexity Best for: Shows and networks that want one dedicated editor's hours
Vidpros runs a podcast video editing service covering audio editing, video editing and cover design, billed through its dedicated-editor plans: $1,000/month for 2 hours each workday, with overnight turnaround depending on complexity, or $4,000/month full time. Its pricing page lists clipping, TikTok and Instagram editing under the same plans, so one editor can handle the episode and its clips.
Pros
One editor for the episode and its clips
Audio editing, video editing and cover design in one service
A substitute editor for sick days and vacations
Cons
Two editing hours a day on the entry plan caps how much gets done
No podcast-specific price or turnaround on its podcast page
Model: Agency: per project or monthly plan · Starting price:Quote-based (instant quote) · Stated turnaround: Set per episode and plan; your quote confirms the date Best for: Shows that want the episode and clips from one team, plus on-site filming in South Florida

On-site filming covers South Florida only

Best podcast video editing services: frequently asked questions
For a podcast specialist with per-episode plans, We Edit Podcasts ($980/month for two video episodes). For episodes plus clips on one subscription, Editvideo.io (from $295/month) or Vidpros (from $1,000/month). For per-video pricing, Tasty Edits. For a one-off episode, Fiverr or Upwork. For one team that edits the show, cuts the clips and can film in South Florida, Mark Studios.
Published prices checked September 2026: We Edit Podcasts charges $980/month for two video episodes and $1,800 for four; Editvideo.io's plans start at $295/month; Vidpros at $1,000/month; and Tasty Edits prices an episode as a long-form video at $278–$327. On Reddit, one podcaster reported $30 quick edits and quotes of “$1500-2000 for a show”, and another reply put clips at $20–$50 each.
Usually: syncing several cameras, switching to the active speaker, color-matching the angles, cleaning up the audio, adding captions and lower thirds, and cutting vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. Plans differ on which of these are included. We Edit Podcasts' published plans don't list clips, while Editvideo.io's podcast page includes them, so ask every service what's in the base price.
If you have the time, software such as Descript or Riverside can cut an episode and suggest clips, and many podcasters start there. The trade-off is judgment: hosts on r/podcasting say AI clip tools “don't capture the real aha moments”. A common setup is software for the rough cut and an editor for clip selection, hooks and captions.
For most shows, yes. Among weekly podcast consumers, 78% watch video podcasts (Edison Podcast Metrics, Q1 2026), and YouTube says more than 1 billion people watch podcasts on it each month. Only 8% of weekly consumers say they only watch, so keep the audio feed too. Our video podcast statistics page has the sources.
