The Short Answer: Corporate Video Editing Cost per Video
Editing a corporate video from footage you already have costs about $150–$1,000 per video at the services that publish a price in 2026, depending on length, cameras and graphics. Marketplace freelancers charge $10–$60 an hour. Monthly editing plans run $495–$2,749 a month, a full-time dedicated editor about $4,000 a month, and enterprise creative subscriptions start at $15,000.
Those are market numbers, not ours: Mark Studios quotes each project, so there is no Mark Studios price on this page. Every figure links to where we read it, checked September 28, 2026. This page prices editing footage you supply: interviews, event and webinar recordings, product demos, training sessions. An animated explainer built from nothing is a different purchase, covered below. The question is common in our inbox: across 698 first messages from buyers, 65 (9%) asked for corporate, explainer or SaaS video.
Corporate Video Editing Cost by Route
| Route | Published price | What it buys | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace freelancer | $10–$60 an hour; corporate video at $10 a finished minute and up | One editor you brief and manage | Upwork's rate page (median hourly rates); Fiverr's cost guide lists corporate video at "$10 a minute and up" as a low-end baseline |
| Per-edit corporate specialist | $150–$997+ per edit | A flat-rate edit with titles, lower thirds, music and color | Cut Pro Media: $150 for up to 5 finished minutes, and $340+ per interview edit; MPower: $197 simple, $497 standard (multi-camera), $997+ premium; Videox Media: $499 and up for one edit |
| Per-video agency | $278–$327 per video | A managed team, priced per long-form video | Tasty Edits horizontal video: $327 for one, $278 each in an 8-pack |
| Monthly editing plan | $495–$2,749 a month | A queue with a set volume or unlimited requests | VidChops: $495 for 4 long-form videos, finished length capped at 15 minutes; The Editor's Connection: $699–$2,099 unlimited; Video Husky: $549–$2,749 |
| Dedicated editor hours | $1,000–$4,000 a month | An editor 2 hours a workday, or full time | Vidpros Part Time and Full Time |
| Enterprise creative subscription | $15,000 a month minimum | A creative team across video, design and more | Superside, on an annual term |
Few corporate editors publish a per-video price. The per-edit column comes from a handful of specialists, and most agencies quote per project. Watch the caps: Cut Pro Media's $150 covers up to five finished minutes, and VidChops won't deliver a finished video longer than 15. A 40-minute all-hands recording doesn't fit either plan as written.
If you're weighing a subscription, our comparisons of VidChops, Vidpros, The Editor's Connection and Superside show what each plan covers. For the in-house option, the hidden cost of managing your own editor counts the hours that never appear on an invoice.
Editing Your Footage vs Animating an Explainer

"Corporate video" covers two very different jobs. Editing turns footage you already have into a finished video. Animation builds every frame from nothing. Animation studios price accordingly: Breadnbeyond starts at $1,000 for one minute of animated explainer, and Epipheo puts a 30–60 second starter explainer at $5,000–$25,000. Those are full productions built from nothing, so they don't compare to an edit of your interview footage.
Most B2B teams need both over a year: a few animated pieces for the homepage, and a steady stream of edited demos, customer stories and event recaps. The edited stream is where the volume is. Wistia's 2026 State of Video report found almost 40% of companies spent under $5,000 producing video last year, and around a quarter outsource video creation to freelancers or agencies. If you're deciding which B2B video to make first, our B2B SaaS video page covers explainers, demos and customer stories.
What Moves a Corporate Editing Quote

- Footage hours and cameras. Price follows the raw material more than the finished length. Fiverr's guide puts editing at one to two hours per finished minute, more for complex work. A one-camera interview is a simple edit; MPower moves multi-camera footage up to its standard tier. Conference sessions and webinars with several feeds take longest, because someone has to sync the feeds and find the usable minutes.
- Motion graphics. Titles and lower thirds are often included, as they are in Cut Pro Media's flat rate. Animated charts, product callouts and custom transitions are extra. Our guide to when motion graphics earn their place covers what's worth paying for.
- Brand review. Corporate edits go through more reviewers than creator edits: marketing, legal, the speaker. Every round adds time, so ask how many revision rounds the price covers and send the brand guide with the footage.
- Captions and languages. Internal and LMS video usually needs captions, and global teams need subtitles. Rev charges $1.99 a minute for human transcription and $6.49–$15.99 a minute for translated subtitles, and VidChops adds subtitles at $95 a month. The trade-offs are in burned-in vs closed captions.
- Confidentiality and turnaround. Unreleased products and board material need an NDA and controlled file access, so ask before you upload. Published turnarounds run from 24–48 hours on Videox Media's starter edit to 2–4 working days at Cut Pro Media, and faster costs more. Our turnaround guide explains what each speed buys.
How to Get an Accurate Corporate Editing Quote
- Describe the footage: what it is, how many hours, and how many cameras or feeds.
- Give the finished lengths and versions: the full video, cutdowns, and any vertical social clips.
- Send the brand guide: fonts, colors, logo rules and any templates.
- Name the reviewers and the number of revision rounds you expect.
- List captions and languages, and where the video will live: website, LinkedIn, an LMS or an internal portal.
- Ask about the NDA and file handling before anyone downloads your footage.
Step 1 decides most of the price, and a reference decides most of the style. Across 698 first messages in our inbox, 55% already included a reference link or a "like this", and a reference answers most style questions before anyone quotes. We've delivered 10,000+ projects for 4,500+ clients, rated 4.9 on average, and a clear footage list, version count and brand guide is what makes a corporate quote hold. To check any editor before you commit, how to vet a video editing service lists the trial and the questions.
The Bottom Line
Editing a corporate video from your own footage costs about $150–$1,000 per video at published rates, $10–$60 an hour from a marketplace freelancer, and $495–$2,749 a month on an editing plan. An animated explainer is a separate purchase at $1,000 a minute and up. Count the footage hours, the versions and the review rounds, then compare what each route costs per finished video.
Mark Studios is quote-based. Our corporate video editing service edits interviews, demos, event recaps and training from your footage, with an NDA on request, and white-label video editing covers agencies delivering under their own name.
